The Flashback
"How, Abdar? Is Adit, it's covered?" tanya Al followed Abdar who was trying to contact the groom-to-be on the porch of the house.
"No, Om. But before I got here, Adit I called. And Adit said he was ready" Abdar replied.
"We wait a little longer" said Zahir made the two turn to welcome his arrival.
"Unang .. tell Mr. Penghulu, please wait a moment!" he continued to give orders to a servant who was near the door.
"Okay, sir," said the waiter with a slight bow.
"If it hasn't come yet, we'll change the man!" threaten Zahir seriously.
"What was it before, Om did plan to replace, Adit?" abdar asked with a thick eyebrow like he was thinking.
"Om, I don't intend to replace it! It's just, where possible Om, take risks without preparing reserves," trim Zahir flat.
Abdar began to understand, apparently Zahir did not fully trust Adit for this marriage.
"But why did Om think Adit wouldn't come?" sue Abdar for an explanation.
"Hi, Young man! Learn from the journey of life! It's still what we want, not necessarily what we expect." The two look at each other, stretching their abilities.
Zahir pulled one corner of his lips, when he realized that the person before him was not at all intimidated by his gaze. Unlike Adit yesterday, who looks nervous.
"But, that doesn't mean Om, didn't expect it. Om just wants to be on guard," continued Zahir relaxed.
"Yes, I understand what it means, Om," Abdar said.
The arrival of a black sedan caught the attention of the three people. Not long after the car stopped, out the figure that was being awaited earlier and became the subject of their discussion.
"Mas" whispered a woman who had suddenly been beside Zahir. It was none other than Mita.
Apparently the mother of Dinda also heard the roar of the car engine, so it also followed to the front porch.
"Tell me that Adit has come" whispered Zahir, understanding the wife's gesture, and then gave the order to Mita.
Mita nodded slowly and soon passed away going inside the house.
"Assalamualaikum, Um." Adit greeted his future father-in-law while raising his hand to shake hands, and the other hand held a black peci.
"Wa'alaikumussalam," greeted the three.
"I thought, you changed your mind?" sindir Zahir after taking off their hands.
"No, Om." Adit grimaced hearing it.
"Come on Adit, let's go straight in! The hitchhiker's waiting." Al pats Adit's back slowly and takes him in, ignoring his sister-in-law who wants to bully their future son-in-law.
Just one step away, the arrival of a motorbike with two passengers instantly restrained them from continuing to walk.
"Addit!" call the middle-aged woman who came down from behind the back of the green-jacketed young man while taking off the helmet.
Adit was flabbergasted, "Mama," muttered Adit.
"Mama told you, right? If Mama has already betrothed you!" the woman was angry.
"Yes!" annoyed Adit at Mama who walked closer, let the driver bengong own motorbike.
Zahir smiled sinisterly as he glanced at Abdar, who also returned his glance. As if talking through the eyes.
"You want to be an ungodly child? You don't remember what Zaki is? Her life has gone to waste, for choosing that damn chick over the chosen one, Mama!" women with a three-quarter-sleeved dress model, brown in tune with gucci pants and hair shouldered down.
"Take care of your mouth, tente!" abdar interrupted. His eyes stared intently with hardened jaws.
"Currently, it was you who instigated my son? Just pantes, my son always defies. It's because of being friends, you." Show the woman cynically.
"Enough, Ma!" pinta Adit firmly.
"If I don't remember you, as my sister's former in-law. Your mouth is, maybe I've been torn," said Abdar Sharp.
"Currently, I never considered him, my daughter-in-law. She's just an unlucky woman," he replied nodding.
"Dar." Adit restrains Abdar, who is about to approach his emotionally disturbed mother.
"Your son is dead, it's his destiny. Never blame anyone else!" Abdar brushed Adit off and fixed his suit while still staring hatefully at the woman before him.
Zahir and Al exchanged lyrics, they did not understand the direction of the discussion that the guests were debating.
"Clearly it--."
"That's enough, Ma! snapped Adit cut the sentence that the woman was about to throw.
"Well ... solve your problems first, just come here!" sindir Al represents his brother-in-law.
"Come Abdar! The event is about to start, let them solve their problems here," Zahir casually asked.
"Om," call Adit quick.
"Admitted." The woman held Adit's hand.
"Honestly, I'm disappointed by this. But, you better follow your Mama's wishes. And for the groom, I'm going to ask my friend's son to replace you" Zahir said flatly.
"But Om---," Adit protested restrained when he saw Zahir's palm raised.
"Have you heard? What did Mama, you say? Do not let, you become a child who is ungodly," said Al reminded what they had heard.
Not only were the disappointed Zahir and Al also angry over this incident. Adit was more disappointed, angry, upset and sad with everything that happened. Even more so when he saw the anger of Abdar against his mother.
Zahir, Al and Abdar turned to want to leave Adit with all the problems created by his mother. However, the shrill call from Adit's mouth made them turn back.
"Let me see Dinda's wedding!" pinta Adit relented. One sentence that was thrown was accompanied by the collapse of all Adit's struggle against Dinda.
"Please," replied Zahir short dead mother and child.
"Adit ... Mama, I told you! If Mama, have made your match with your friend's son Mama. You should be obedient, don't be like Zaki!"
"Zaki, Zaki and Zaki trus ...! Could it be, Ma ... do not bring Zaki again? He's quiet in nature there."
"Emm, sorry .. excuse me."
"What?" annoyed Adit vented his anger at the green jacketed youth.
"Emm, mi-request .. ong-cost ... Mom," she said nervously.
Adit let out a heavy sigh and left his mother with the young man in the green jacket. He doesn't care, his feelings are fucked. Now he has to mentally prepare to know who will replace him.
If he could, he wanted to pull his words to witness the marriage that he had actually dreamed of since proposing to Dinda.
Adit stared, his eyes fixed on the young man he was very familiar with. Both hands clasped tightly to the fire that he had been carrying since, venting all the anger in the chest. Should ... He was there, and not anyone else.
"Adit, let's go home!" whispered Mama.
Adit shook his eyes reddened when the word cobul ijab was spoken until it was finished by his successor. Unwillingness infiltrated and settled in the corner of his heart.
His throat immediately hurt and evaporated into a tear when he saw the arrival of Dinda who he thought was very beautiful today. As much as her energy to keep her from crying. There, the woman who was the center of attention of the people was also staring at him in shock.
For a second Adit did not stop to pay attention to Dinda who is now sitting next to the groom, until he was promised a special sigh to his woman.
Her tears collapsed instantly as she looked back at Dinda. He let his lady see his weak side for the last time.
Unable to bear the tears that wanted to keep coming out, Adit immediately left with a heart that was so broken to pieces.
"Blessed .. dear."
