Alsya immediately woke up from her sleep because she felt nausea that increasingly attacked her lately, even Alsya easily tired.

Daddy Zidan took a deep breath and exhaled slowly before talking about Alsya's health issues.
"Alsya's condition is getting weaker, even in the abdomen already looks swollen. Alsya must be currently experiencing symptoms called nausea and vomiting and it is not good for the future" exclaimed Daddy Zidan.
"For five years we have been looking for a heart that is suitable for Alsya, but for now the donor heart is very difficult because of the very high demand, he said, even if we get a liver donor it will be very long because the liver transplantation procedure is not arbitrary" said Uncle Billy.
"Yes, how should we go?" ask Mommy Tasya.
"Please Mas Zidan and Mas Billy, whatever the cost I will pay as long as Alsya can get a liver donor" exclaimed Daddy Alvian.
"This is not Alvian money, we trust you with money. But here the problem is, we are very difficult to find people who want to donate their hearts and also a heart that is suitable for Alsya," said Daddy Zidan.

"Unless someone volunteers to donate their heart to Alsya, the process will be faster" said Uncle Billy.

Between Alta, Daddy Alvian, and Mommy Tasya none are a match except for Nasya his twin brother Alsya who currently lives in France with Vano and Cherry.
But Daddy Alta and Mommy Tasya did not have the heart to ask Nasha to donate her heart to Alsya even though medically the person who will donate her heart mostly did not experience anything and remained healthy.

Mommy Tasya, Daddy Alvian, and Alta are currently in Alsya's ward. Alsya was still unconscious, her face looking pale.
"Mom, Dad, do we tell Nasya to go home and let Nasha donate her heart to Alsya" he exclaimed.
"No Alta, you also know Nasha from small often sickly although not as bad as Alsya. But Nasya's condition is not that healthy to do heart transplantation" said Mommy Tasya.
"Alsya is indeed a strong child, even he never complained of feeling pain in front of us, he always showed a cheerful face like nothing happened" continued Daddy Alvian.
The three fell silent while watching Alsya's face, Alsya who was always cheerful and the bars were now lying weakly helpless.
