Aya was shocked, her gaping mouth she covered with palms. While the Star only looked at Rein with an indecipherable look. Rein himself had another intention of asking Bintang to kill the three men who were struggling to beg for forgiveness.
"Take it!" Rein firmly thrust a knife into his hand.
The star is still unmoved, he hesitates whether to do it or not. However the Star is also a man who has a conscience, he will not have the heart to kill people whose mistakes have been redeemed. But on the other hand the Star could not refuse Rein's request.
"They've been paid the price, do we have to kill them too?" The star stared at Rein with a myriad of doubts.
Rein smiled slanted while bowed. "Have it, an unprincipled man like you doesn't deserve my sister."
Rein's words felt very piercing to the Stars. Just this time he felt such insults were indeed worthy of being addressed to him.
"I have my own way of getting Light, brother." The star uttered with confidence.
Aya who had been listening behind the back of the Star felt touched by what Rein and the Star had argued. Aya was so grateful, she could be treated this special way by two people who were valuable to her.
The words of the Star indeed sounded sweet, Rein fell silent for a while before finally putting on the back of the watch, bracelet and glasses that he had previously taken off. The knife in his hand was thrown on the bed.
"Gue wait for that way." Rein said with great emphasis.
The words that make the star immediately dumbstruck, he thought whether this is a sign from Rein if the Star wants to get his blessing then the Star must prove it.
At first glance Rein looked at the three men who were still struggling and snorting violently, a sharp gaze that seemed to signal them not to do the same thing again against Aya or any woman. The three men immediately prostrated themselves several times, with a resigned face and a nod confirming the intent of Rein's gaze.
In the end Rein grabs Aya's hand and pulls her out of the club.
The star only looked at Aya's departure from the club, as well as Aya who had asked her brother to bring the Cross Star together but Rein did not press Aya's request.
With an uneasy feeling, Aya and Bintang parted ways at the club.
*****
The time has shown at 08.46, with the rest of the Star walking in the quiet school corridor because other students have entered the class.
When about to pass the class 11 IPS which is Aya class, Bintang saw Aya being punished to stand at the door for arriving late.
While Aya saw the new Star coming straight out a long sigh, her inner muttering finally she had a friend to accompany her in the law. Although previously Aya had thought that because of the incident this morning the Star would not go to school.
"P-morning bin...." Aya greeted the Star.
But Bintang only glanced at Aya at a glance and passed her just like that, without a word of greeting at all.
Aya shouts her forehead, why else with the Stars.
The star's footsteps continued to walk towards his class. Aya looked at the back of the Star, hoping that the Star would turn around and greet her again. But that hope was only hope, the Star just passed into his class without hesitation.
Moments later the Star came out and immediately stood in front of the door. Aya chuckles to see the school superstar stay in the law for coming in late. Though previously circulated rumors that four school superstars are so spoiled by the teachers that they are free to do anything.
"Star...The star... Here." With a soft voice Aya waved her hand asking for the Star to stand beside her only.
But again, Bintang only glanced at Aya at a glance and ignored her.
"Why star?" Inner Aya.
The smile on Aya's face slowly faded away, lethargic that she returned to her punishment. Sometimes Aya glanced at the Star, but Aya always found the Star that was focused on standing did not budge at all.
••••••
The star from the distance glanced at Aya who was already exhausted. His face was pale and continued to shake his legs. The mind of the Star asked to be silent, but his heart said something else.
The star walked over to Aya while snorting violently. "Sit down, let me change Lo."
Aya was aghast in shock, staring intensely at the Star Netra. "No need to build anyways"
"Sit's just so bad!" The star pressed on Aya's shoulder so that at least the girl could squat down to relieve the aches in the legs.
While the Star stood beside Aya while looking straight ahead with a flat expression.
If said, Aya had thought that Rein's speech about the Star that has no principles in acting is true. It is evident from his attitude that is always changing. This morning, that day, another night. Like a star has a dual personality.
All Aya could do right now was take a deep breath while waiting for the break bell to ring.
"Hmm want a burger.when the hell breaks" Aya said lethargicly.
The star gave a fleeting glance, and reverted its gaze when someone opened the door of Aya class.
"Bro, what are you doing here?" Dimian closed the door slowly, he was shocked when he turned around to find the middle star standing next to the door.
"Again the law." Sahut Stars.
Dimian frowned. "Not usually rich? I can."
The star fell silent, he glanced in any direction trying to quibble.
"Hm... Look at the light, right?"
The star glanced down at his feet as well as Dimian who also glanced at the point. Sure enough the light was squatting behind the Star while pulling out its head to greet Dimian. "H-hallo dim"
"Geez Aya, Lo must be really cape huh. Let's go to the canteen." Dimian approached Aya and squatted in front of him.
It was clearly a look of worry on Dimian's face. While Bintang only cleared his throat loudly a few times, making Dimian and Aya turn their eyes to him.
"Why the hell bro?" Chairman Dimian.
"Gakpapa, Gerah is equally thirsty doang."
"But I'm in the law again, Dim." Aya spoke in a lethargic manner.
"Well, there's me, just relax." Dimian grabbed Aya's hand and helped her stand up.
Aya glimpsed at the Star and found the man rolling his eyeballs in annoyance. But Aya still agreed to Dimian's invitation, the two of them went for a few minutes to the cafeteria leaving Bintang who was still standing resentfully on the doorstep of the classroom.
The star occasionally stared at the hallway towards the canteen restlessly, he also stared at the watch while clucking in annoyance continuously. It was as if he was calculating the time of Aya and Dimian's departure.
The view of the Star changed when a security guard came while thrusting a paperbag. "Star huh? There was a package coming."
"Oh yes, thank you." The star grabbed the paperbag.
Before long the Star saw Aya and Dimian finally coming. He again applied a cold face while staring at his watch.
"Fifteen minutes, fifty-three seconds. It's a responsibility to stay an hour there." ketus Bintang.
