3 weeks later that morning Kanaya felt dizzy and nauseous in her stomach and Derren approached her and massaged the nape of her wife.Every day she vomited her food into the toilet and her body felt weak.

"What a shame don't you get pregnant" Derren guessed

"Perhaps dear," replied Kanaya

"Well I'll call our family doctor" Derren said

Doctor Ricky also came and approached them.Then the frans doctor examined Kanaya and then smiled, looking at Derren and Kanaya alternately.

"How about the doctor" asked Derren

"Yes your wife is pregnant with her second child, congratulations yes and her gestational age is 8 weeks," said Dr. Ricky

"I deserve to be sick every day and I think I just catch a cold because of exhaustion" replied Kanaya

"Thank you doctor" said Derren

Doctor Frans came out of their room and left, while Derren hugged his wife and kissed her forehead.

"It's a shame that Jackson finally has a sister" said Derren with a big smile

"Look, oh yeah where Jackson is now" asked Kanaya

"Wait a minute, I'll call Jackson" Derren replied

Derren called his eldest son who was busy playing games and told him to meet his mommy in his room.Jackson also left his games and approached the mommy in the room in his Daddy's follow Derren.

"Mommy why mommy is sick" Jackson asked frantically

"It's not a pity mommy doesn't hurt and mommy has a surprise dear to you" Kanaya replied

"What a surprise mom," asked Jackson curiously

Jackson smiled widely and jumped up in excitement to hear the news that he would be a brother.Derren and Kanaya smiled at his enthusiastic son.

"But you have to wait another 9 months he's just born baby" said Derren

"It doesn't matter what's most important my sister and mommy were born happy Dad and I wanted to have a little sister because I wanted to keep her and protect her" Jackson said

"Good job Boy, daddy is proud of you son," said Derren proud of his son's thoughts that exceed adults.

Then Derren and his son came out of the room letting Kanaya rest. While Kanaya leaned on the headboard while stroking her flat stomach which would soon be back in bloated.

"Hurry to birth dear and play with your brother Jackson," said Kanaya smiling haru while stroking her flat stomach.

Day after day Kanaya passes well despite having nausea in the morning and her stomach starts to bulge but Derren and their son Jackson always help keep her also giving her attention smile and feel very lucky to have them. Mommy Sarah and Daddy Johan also feel very enthusiastic about the pregnancy of his daughter-in-law this time as before.

"It's a shame you're still nauseous not this afternoon" said Derren

"No dear I've not been nauseous this is all thanks to you and Jackson dear," replied Kanaya smilingly looking at her husband.

"Well let's check up the contents," asked Derren

"Come," Kanaya replied while holding the husband's hand

Kanaya and Derren get in the car and drive her to the hospital.Until the hospital they get out of the car and walk into the room obstetrician.Doctors also examine Kanaya's distended stomach and do ultrasound because they want to know the gender of their child.On the monitor displays a picture of their child in the womb Kanaya.

"Your child is a female mistress and your womb is currently 22 weeks old" said the doctor

"Thank you doctor" said Kanaya

"Same Madam," replied the Doctor smiling kindly

Kanaya got up from the bed and got off assisted by Derren then they came out of the Doctor's room.They walked to the car with a very happy feeling.after the wife mauk to the car, the wife was, Derren drove his car away from the hospital area.
