At night, 23:45
Novan walks out of the house wanting to buy some food because he is fed up of eating instant noodles constantly.
"Once in a while, eat something other than noodles" he said.
He stopped by a crowded street-side street-side restaurant.
"Hmm mas order rice and chicken one serving" said Novan ordered food.
Then, he sat down and enjoyed the cool breeze of the night. A blonde woman with brown eyes and a black jacket bearing the words Rock Is Life comes to Novan and greets him. It was Chika.
"Hey Novan" he said, patting Novan on the shoulder.
"Oh, don't hit it too" said Novan and stared at Chika.
"Ehee, I'm sorry you never seem to. Where are you going?" ask Chika who then sat next to Novan.
"Eh... You who?" ask Novan.
"Bah... Forget it again." Chika replied with a laugh.
Novan really doesn't know who Chika is. He kept remembering but to no avail. He doesn't remember anything that dealt with that woman.
"Yes... I forget who you are." said Novan slowly.
"Gue Chika, your high school friend first." replied Chika.
"Chi.ka.." continued Novan while remembering.
"Gue you call acute nolep. I don't want the same time?" said Chika.
"Ah... Da... I inget now... But.." continued Novan.
"Why?" ask Chika.
"Your looks are very different then and now. Though you used to be very geeky, glazed eyes, bangs dicedepanin" said Novan.
"Hahaha I'm ashamed of those times" Chika said with a laugh.
The two of them were very cool in chatting until finally the food that Novan had ordered had arrived.
"Hey Ka's... You don't mess with anything?" asked Novan who was greedily eating his food.
"Cihh, want to pay?" ask Chika.
"Sok a message. There's this." Novan took out a credit card from his pants pocket and gave it to Chika.
"Still like to owe it turns out. Yes, here is the card." said Chika then took the credit card owned by Novan and went to order food and then to the cashier.
Novan ate so voraciously without thinking of anything but the taste of the delicious food. Shortly after, Chika returned.
"Wait... My food hasn't come you're done first" Chika said then sat down.
"Yes... How's it? I'm hungry." replied Novan, who still greedily ate his food.
"Nih your credit card." said Chika returned a credit card owned by Novan.
"I..this is what you ordered?" tanya Novan saw what Chika ordered.
"Yes... Fried noodles." replied Chika.
"At home a lot, I was fed up." continued Novan.
"Can is you. We are different" Chika said and continued to eat what she ordered.
"Jaudah. I went home first." said Novan up from where he was sitting
"Ehh... Wait for... Don't want to bribe me first?" chika asked while laughing.
"Yes yes, this is a bribe for once" said Novan then took the chopsticks that had been held by Chika and fed him in large portions.
"Uhhmmm I can't breathe" Chika said after swallowing the noodles.
"Udah right? I go home first" said Novan, holding back his laughter and then leaving.
Chika continued to stare at Novan's every step further and continued eating.
"Van, you're a real jerk. I almost died earlier" Chika said with a smile remembering what happened earlier.
Novan continued to walk over the bridge connecting the river. He stared at the clear sky that night.
"Hmm, the sky is clear" he said and kept staring at the sky.
"What about the manager?" he remembers Stella.
Novan stopped his steps. He saw a woman sitting by the river and just staring at the swift water flowing in the river.
"What are you doing mba-mba?" Novan wondered.
"MBA... OYYY.." he yelled at the woman but there was no response.
Before long he began to run towards the riverbank and approached the woman.
But when he arrived, he saw no one in that place.
"Eh... How come?" asked Novan while looking around.
"Ja..haven't the apparition again?" he continued and started to creep.
Novan turned his body around and he was surprised by the one in front of him.
The woman was already standing in front of him. His face was covered with blood all over his body.
"Aahhhhhkkkkk." shouted Novan then closed his eyes.
When Novan opened his eyes, the woman had already disappeared, gone as if it had fused with the darkness of the night.
Novan hurriedly returned to his home.
Although bright, but the incident made him afraid to leave the house alone and not only that, he continued to imagine what he saw that night.
