Sheira reluctantly forced her feet to walk. Not without reason, grandfather told Sheira to give food and medicine to Shin who said his grandfather was sick. It was only fitting that for four days Sheira had not seen Shin wandering around in grandfather's house.
Usually every day Shin always came to visit grandfather, whether it was feeding fish, watering plants or just eating together. It was done every day since little Shin. That was as close as Shin and grandfather's relationship. Even grandfather really already considered Shin like his own grandson.
Come to think of it, as long as Sheira was in the grandfather's house, not even Sheira saw the whereabouts of Shin's parents, even to visit never, even though Shin himself almost every day came. Did Shin and his parents live apart and outside Kyoto? I don't know. It is hard to live apart from the parents.
"Three houses to the right and the house with light blue paint." Sheira muttered
"Ah, that one over there bararti." he murmured again.
Yep. Sheira was standing in front of a house large enough for one person to live in. Shin House. With a small terrace and on the left right overgrown with flower plants. Very well maintained because it looks so fresh flowers and foliage are growing. Sheira pressed the bell. Waiting for a while but no sound of doors opening. Sheira pressed the bell again several times, remaining silent.
"Why not open, anyway? she's not home, is she?"
Sheira pressed the bell again, several times.
"Who, anyway? Just disturb people to sleep!" snapped Shin while opening the door.
And suddenly Shin's face turned shocked to see Sheira in front of his house. So was Sheira who was shocked when suddenly the door opened with a little rough. Shin looked with a slightly reddish pale face and sounded a heavy breath.
"Ah, it turns out that she is indeed sick." Sheira's inner.
Sheira offered a basket of food and medicine.
"From grandfather, he said you were sick. Take the medicine and do not forget to eat before taking the medicine." said Sheira.
Without even touching with a slightly trembling hand Shin tried to reach for the basket of food and medicine that Sheira offered. Not yet Shin's hand grabbed the food basket his limp almost fell off. The shocked Sheira reflexively grabbed Shin's body and propped up half-hugging in order not to fall. His body temperature felt hot, as well as his breathing. He's got a bad fever.
Stumbling with Shin's weight, Sheira takes him inside and lays him on the sofa. Sheira did not bring him to the room because she did not know where Shin's room was.
Sheira rushes to the kitchen, although it is considered impolite to enter the kitchen of others without permission but Sheira can not stay silent to see the sick person in front of her. Before long Sheira brought some water with ice in a bowl to be compressed. Compresses like this are more effective than instant compresses.
Sheira painstakingly compressed Shin's forehead and wiped the sweat around his face to his neck even though sweat began to flood his body, but Sheira did not dare to wipe more than a neck. In his sleep Shin muttered indistinctly.
"He should take medicine. It's pretty bad."
Sheira grabbed her phone and called her grandfather
"Grandfather, can you please call a doctor? shin's condition is pretty bad, the fever, cake. Yes, I will accompany Shin until the doctor and grandfather come."
Sheira turns off the call and puts the phone on the table. Seen the pale face of Shin who was asleep. There was a sudden sense of pity in Sheira's heart. How not, in a state of illness but no one can be relied upon to just treat the heavy.
"Don't go. Mom.." Shin suddenly muttered. Sheira was speechless hearing Shin's mutterings.
Sheira was about to change the compress on Shin's forehead when suddenly his hand was tightly blocked.
"Don't stay with me... " Shin was still mumbling in sleep.
Sheira took off Shin's hand, then changed the compress.
"Even though you're a pebelin but I can't just be quiet to see you are helpless like this. You should thank me later." said Sheira pity while looking at Shin who was still asleep.
Soon, the doctor and grandfather arrived. Deftly the doctor checked Shin's condition, from body temperature, pulse and then injected a type of drug.
"How's he doing, Doc?" ask grandpa to worry.
"No need to worry, the fever is high but not severe. I have injections of drugs, later also better." replied the Doctor explained.
Look of relief on the face of the grandfather heard the doctor's incarnation. That someone was Shin's grandfather.
"Please later the drug is taken regularly, especially the antibiotics are drunk until it runs out according to schedule" said the doctor then pamit.
'Sheira you just go home, accompany your friend Risa. Let grandfather keep Shin here." said grandfather.
"Why hasn't Shin's parents been contacted, cake? If he knew his son was sick again every parent would come as busy as anything."
Grandfather's expression was slightly choked at Sheira's words. The sadness and guilt were clearly visible on Grandpa's face. Sheira was a little confused.
"Ah, grandpa hasn't said, huh? Shin's parents are dead. Because of the accident." replied the grandfather who was accompanied by Sheira's surprised face.
Sheira remained silent. I don't know what to say. Maybe what Shin muttered was for his parents. Though Shin looked strong, Sheira did not think that her heart was fragile. Yes, whoever it is if losing both parents immediately must be a very difficult thing. Where a family is the happiness of each person.
"I'll go home first, cake. Call me if you need help" Sheira said.
Grandfather nodded while smiling.
"Yes. Quickly go home, fuck your friends at home."
Sheira nodded. Sheira was about to step up when suddenly her eyes saw a neatly framed photo hanging on the wall. Out of curiosity Sheira stepped closer to the picture frame and looked closely. Seen as a young mother hugging a child who was laughing happily, this little boy resembled Shin.
And next to him a man with his hands raised a big fish, the result of his fishing. It was seen from the fishing rod that was photographed. And strangely Sheira felt familiar with the atmosphere of the beach that was photographed. Not only the beach, but the figures of young mothers and men who were photographed were not foreign.
"Amanohashidate's Sandbar?" guman Sheira was immediately shocked by his own words.
Instantly his gaze blurred then silhouettes came forming a shadow. In the shadow was a little girl screaming hysterically trapped by the waves, a face of fear emanated. Another shadow looks like a similar young woman in the photo screaming in panic, hysterical little boys are also heard.
"Moeuu... Don't go!!"
Sheira took a deep breath and then realized. Not understanding with the shadows that suddenly appeared.
"What is that thing? Who is the little girl who was swept by the waves? Who is this young lady?"
Sheira's face paled. His head hurts. Sick as if hit by a hard object.
"Why did the boy in the shadow look like the boy in the photo? Is that Shin?"
Sheira kept wondering. His body suddenly shivered.
"What was that thing?"
