Darma, Daniel and Bagas talked about many things. Starting from business, hobbies, favorite foods and much more. Darma and Bagas tell more stories. Daniel felt their meeting wasn't to propose to Amanda. To meet the two old friends.
It's been 1 hour for Daniel at Amanda's. But he didn't find Amanda. Daniel doesn't know where Amanda is. Daniel did not announce his arrival at Amanda's house.
"Who are you looking for, Daniel?" ask Bagas.
"Sorry, where's Amanda? Daru I was he was invisible" Daniel asked openly to Darma.
"You here, show a little self-respect. Don't ask" said Bagas.
"That's a late kek. I want to see Amanda soon" Daniel said.
"You are impatient" said Bagas.
"Bright.." Darma laughed at Daniel's words.
Darma was very happy to see the debate between the grandfather and grandson.
"Daniel, Amanda's out buying food. He will be back soon too. Didn't you tell Amanda you were coming here?"
"Not cake" replied Daniel.
"What! You didn't tell him? Grandpa thought you told him" asked Bagas.
"I wanted to give him a surprise cake" Daniel explained.
"We'll just wait. He'll be home soon" said Darma.
Daniel nodded his head.
Amanda is home. He saw someone's car parked. Amanda felt like she recognized the car. But he forgot who owned the car.
"Uncle, whose car is that?" ask Amanda.
"Do not know miss. Maybe it's a big master's new car" Luis replied.
"New car? Hah, why do you always like to collect cars? Though the car has a lot" wonder Amanda.
"Uncle, please bring it inside huh" Amanda asked.
"Yes, miss" Luis replied.
"Wait a minute, I feel like I've seen that car. But where is it? Ah, nevermind. Maybe it's grandpa's new car" Amanda muttered.
Amanda went into the house.
"Grandfather, I'm home" Amanda said.
Amanda saw there were 2 strangers in her house. The two men looked towards Amanda. Darma also looked towards Amanda.
"Mr Daniel" Amanda murmured inwardly.
"Amanda" muttered Daniel.
Amanda didn't think Daniel was coming to her house. Apparently the car he saw belonged to Daniel. Amanda knew the car. Amanda's been in that car every day.
It felt like Amanda ran over and hugged Daniel tightly. But he appreciated the life of Darma and Bagas. It would be inappropriate for Amanda to hug Daniel in front of her grandfather. But if Daniel hugged him first, he would gladly welcome Daniel's embrace warmly.
Amanda smiled at Daniel. Daniel smiled at Amanda. Finally, after a long time not meeting in person, now he can see the beautiful face of Amanda.
Suddenly Daniel runs to Amanda. He could not hold back his longing anymore. Daniel hugged Amanda tightly. Amanda returned Daniel's embrace.
"I miss you so much" Daniel said.
"I'm also the master" Amanda replied.
Amanda couldn't hold back her tears. Her tears just escaped without warning.
Daniel let go of his embrace. She wiped Amanda's tears.
"Why are you crying?" ask Daniel.
"I should have asked. Why did you come so long?" Amanda asked back.
"I'm sorry. I have a lot to take care of"
"P*kul again. I missed your punch"
Amanda smile. They re-embrace the yearning that a month pent up.
"Are you guys going to stay there?" ask Darma.
Amanda and Daniel let go of their arms. They are lost in their homesickness.
Amanda and Daniel walk towards Darma and Bagas.
"You guys. After betemymu, immediately forget us" said Darma.
"Sorry cake" said Amanda and Daniel.
They sit back.
"Grandfather, because Amanda's here. I'll tell you my purpose and my grandfather came here" Daniel said.
Darma nodded his head.
"I want to propose to Amanda Kek. I want her to be my wife and the mother of my children" Daniel said.
"I want grandfather to bless our relationship" Daniel asked.
"Daniel, from the beginning grandfather was intent on getting you two married. But you refused this match. You are adamant that you do not want to accept this match" said Darma.
Amanda and Daniel smiled remembering 3 months ago when they both rejected this matchmaking.
"Grandfather agrees you're in a relationship with Amanda. We know you are destined to be together. Therefore, grandfather bless you" continued Darma.
"Grandfather also wanted this friendship to turn into a family relationship. Grandfather also bless you" Bagas said.
Amanda and Daniel smiled. They are happy because both families have approved of their relationship.
Amanda and Daniel are in Amanda's backyard. While Darma and Bagas talk inside the house.
"You know, I miss you so much" Amanda said.
"I miss you more. Every day I wish time could go faster. I really can't hold back my longing any longer" Daniel replied.
Amanda smiled at Daniel.
"Sir, if you don't propose to me, I've planned to marry an om-om in this village" Amanda said.
"What! Why are you planning that?"
"I don't think you're gonna propose to me"
"Ish, you're this" Daniel pulls Amanda's nose in a fit of rage.
"Ah, sir. My nose can be as long as a pinocchio" Amanda protested.
"No papa, I still love you"
In the afternoon, Bagas said goodbye to Amanda, Daniel and Darma. Initially Bagas wanted to stay, but much to be taken care of by him. Daniel chooses to stay for a few days at Amanda's house. If Amanda lives in Daniel's house, it's Daniel's turn to live in Amanda's house. Daniel also wants to get closer to Amanda's family, namely Darma. Anyway, Daniel's got some work going on around the area. Darma had no problem with Daniel staying a few days at his house. He also wanted to get closer to his son-in-law.
Daniel had a lot of questions for Darma. Daniel is very curious about Amanda's identity.
Is Amanda really Dance?
If so, why doesn't he remember her?
Even if it's a memory, why so long? Why did Amanda have to lose her memory for a dozen years?
Daniel slept in the guest room upstairs. It's right next to Amanda's room. Darma is quite far from Amanda's room.
The next day, everyone woke up. Now they gather in the dining room for breakfast together. Daniel misses the time he had breakfast with Amanda. She unceasingly smiled and looked at Amanda. Darma didn't think Daniel would do that to Amanda. Darma hears from Bagas, Daniel is a cold man who kej*m. But today Daniel is different from what Bagas tells us.
