"Yes pah" said Maura in a weak voice.
"Good thanks" said Papah Andre and hugged his daughter.

MAURA POV
Ka Rangga is my class when I was in High School, I dated ka rangga when I was in 2nd grade, ka rangga and I was only 1 year different. We went to the same university.
After Ka Rangga Graduated from College, Ka Rangga demanded his family to continue S2 abroad because ka Rangga will be the successor to his papa company although at first ka rangga refused but his papa threatened that ka rangga should part with me. Ka Rangga finally accepted and explained the reason honestly and I agreed. I also realized that the family ka rangga less like me but even so they still accept me.After his departure ka rangga took the time to always tell me by chat or phone every day.
It doesn't feel like we've had a year of LDR and I've also graduated from college, I intend to enroll S2 in my current campus.
But without me expecting it, ka Rangga and his family came to my house and proposed to me. I was disappointed because on my graduation day, I promised to come but did not comply. It turned out that ka rangga gave a surprise with him applying for me and our wedding plan will be held in 1 month. I was surprised to get married soon but I am also very happy. Held as soon as possible because ka rangga is currently on semester break for 2 months and ka rangga intend to bring and register my S2 lecture at the campus. Although ka rangga's parents initially disagreed on ka rangga's request but eventually they agreed because ka rangga promised to be serious with college and continue his papa company business.
But fate said another taxi I was riding in had an accident and caused my legs to be paralyzed and unable to walk.
Ever since you knew about my situation, he turned cold but I thinned out all that, I thought he was sad about my situation. I had time to say to ka rangga that I wanted to cancel our marriage because I did not want to be a burden on his life but ka rangga did not approve of it and he still wanted to hold the wedding that he had planned.

When Papah told me that ka rangga did not come, my feelings were very sad and disappointed but I was even sadder to see the parents I loved because of me they had to bear the shame.
