When Annabella and Bella are resting. Elsha still felt her heart was uncomfortable.

"From the fact that I kept thinking negatively about Annabella and Bella's departure, it's better that I go to the restaurant to vent everything."

Elsha chose to go to the restaurant, because she always felt negative thoughts.
