Chapter 19

Claudia let go of her heart-wrenching feelings to Ray, her childhood best friend who was always nearby, and she heard her Aunt's call for him.

" Daughter of Clau..It's time for you to change your clothes..!"

" All right, Ray, thank you." Said Claudia who now moved away from Ray's embrace to meet Auntie at the door of the garden hallway leading to Istal's horse.

Clau silently obeyed everyone in Count Fillan's residence who was busy dressing herself in pretty and beautiful party dresses and hats.

" Clau, listen there you don't be disrespectful huh? Because Samuel is no longer Samuel your childhood friend ." Mrs Duchess Fillan's message to Clau as the girl is about to board the horse-drawn carriage.

" Yes, yes Mom. Clau knows.." Clau answered wide.

Along the way to White's residence in the chariot, Clau never ceases to remember his childhood and beautiful days with Samuel, Ray and others on Mount Pelangi. He also recalled the bitter memory of his farewell day with Samuel which had scarred deep in Samuel's heart and he also felt his heart ache.

" Clau, we've arrived..!" Ray said a subtle tone resuscitated his daydream.

" Any, yeah.." Clau replies back to the present and he helps Ray get off the horse-drawn carriage.

"Ray, what if you accompany me to the party ? " Pinta Clau made her condolences to Ray who was leaning on the horse-drawn carriage.

" Can't 'Clau.I'm a coachman. There you go alone.You're beautiful.."Ray refused firmly.

" Oh, the basics.." Bump Clau Manyun then turned towards the inside of the party room.

" Just..!" Call Ray right away and think Clau will change his mind.

" Yes..?"

" believe yourself..You are so beautiful today.." Said Ray giving a boost of encouragement to Clau who was originally a manyun into a wide smile full of confidence.

" Yes, Ray.Thank you." Answer Clau spirit.

In the corridor of the park, Clau met Uncle Dino Baskoro who had been waiting there.

" Clau, you're finally coming to our garden party..Let's follow Uncle to meet Duke White who's been waiting for you in the party room.." Said Dino Baskoro smiling kindly at Clau.

" Eh, yeah..Uncle." Clau replied following Dino Baskoro's steps and fell silent for a moment as Dino called Duke White.

" Duke, Princess Claudia has arrived and wishes to give you a greeting." Dino said to Samuel.

Samuel looked astonished at the words of Princess Claudia that Dino Baskoro said to him and when Samuel turned his body, he turned, He was drugged by the figure of a very beautiful girl and never forgotten since he was a child until now.

"Greet me Princess Count Fillan to the venerable Duke White." Said the self-conscious Clau.

Samuel looked coldly at the girl then turned towards Dino with his sharp gaze.

" Dino..!" Call Samuel cold.

" Yes, Duke..!" Sahut Dino soon found him.

Clau, who knew himself with a very cold look from Samuel, immediately turned around and went to the other garden, bowing his face with great sadness.

" Dino, why did you invite him here ?" Samuel asked a sharp tone to Dino Baskoro.

" To convince yourself to move on without recalling about yourself and you in the past." Dino said he felt no guilt toward Samuel.

"Ish, you invited him here..! I just can't forget it any more.." Samuel said annoyed but there was a desire of his little heart that wanted to meet Claudia again.

In another garden, Clau cried alone because his heart ached about Samuel's cold gaze.

" If you haven't forgotten that day ?Why did you invite me to your party ? " Tanya Clau was very sad.

"Hey..Clau..! " Greet the sweet girl with a warm smile to Clau.

" Sonya's.." Clau returned with a longing smile to his little brother Samuel.

" Huh well deserved the smell of the village turns out you're here." There was a very well-known mocking sound by Clau.

" Ah, Miya how are you ? " Sapa Clau was friendly to Miya White another sister of Samuel.

"Miya keep your courtesy no matter how Clau is my guest..! " Samuel's reprimand that nailed Miya's head to the bottom.

" Ohh...!" Pekik Miya who wanted to return the favor was canceled by Miya herself because her very cold eyes had scared Miya who immediately ran away from her and Sonya just laughed a little at him.

" Sister Sam..! " Sapa Sonya laughed sweetly and softly at him.

" Hey..Let's follow me somewhere.." Said Samuel who grabbed Clau's hand.

Samuel took Clau away from his garden party on horseback at an amazingly fast pace as the longer the horse went the further he took the girl with him.

" Sam..Where are you taking me? " Task Clau in between the whirling wind speed of Samuel's horse steps who was the jovial laughter of the young man full of freedom.

" To the Rainbow Hill.." Samuel answered cheerfully.

" Yes, let's look back at the rainbow hill with me.." Clau said he was carried away by Samuel's cheerful mood.

Upon their arrival at Bukit Pelangi, the two of them recalled every memory they went through in their childhood like they were both looking for a bird nest on a tree ,fish in the lake and pick wild strawberries there.

" Clau's..Look at her wild strawberries so much and sweet..! " Excited Samuel who had gone down into the wilderness.

" Ah, I'm wearing a dress.." Clau said hesitantly but ignored quickly." Ah, stupid time..!" Said Clau who immediately slid down into the wild without caring about her messy dress and almost fell in the wild if Samuel did not catch her quickly.

" This tomboy you're..." Samuel said anxiously to Clau who chuckled cheerfully.

"Haha..Don't you remember how I am ? " Task Clau with a smile that drugged Samuel.

Samuel scratched Clau's face tightly once and brought her face closer to Claudia's and kissed Clau's lips with a feeling that he could no longer hold.

"Hush..! " Clau was stunned for a moment because of the kiss on his lips by Samuel.

Samuel did not stop for just one time to kiss Clau's sweet lips and wanted him so much from a long time ago.Samuel kissed and kissed again until He managed to stop himself when He remembered the bitter time.

"Sam..I miss you so much.." Claudia said slowly to him.

" Uh, miss ? Don't ever lie to me again ..! I'm sick of your sweet mouth seduction..!" Said Samuel in a cold tone that hurt Clau.

" Uh..I never lied about my longing for you.." Clau said sadly.

" That's it..Forget the kiss I ever did to you..! Let's go back to the White House before I regret taking you to this Rainbow Hill." Samuel said to Clau.

They returned to the White House and there Samuel dared not face Claudia who had realized that everything that had happened and passed along with Samuel was an illusion for her.

"Clau, I will go to the Capital forever and I will never return here and the Rainbow Hills." Samuel said without seeing Clau bowing his face to greet him.

" Yes, just as bad as you.." Clau turned around quickly and left Samuel in the back garden of the White House to meet Ray in the front garden.

" Hey..Who are you ? " Sapa Sonya in a friendly tone to Ray who was sleeping casually on the horse carriage.

" Eehh...Kagetin..Who are you ?" Ray asked in shock.

" he..! Let's go home..! " Shouted Clau to Ray.

" So what about the party ? " Task Ray confused.

" Clau, what's wrong ? " Tanya Sonya was also astonished.

" Anyway, I want to pullangggg..!" Clau's screams are gonna cry that loud.

"Oh, yes, we go home.." Ray answered quickly to help Clau get on the horse-drawn carriage.

Sonya looked at the horse carriage that Ray was riding with confused feelings as well as Clau's sudden attitude of wanting to go home very quickly from the garden party her brother knew was still not over.

Sonya was more astonished because Samuel decided to go to the Capital at the youth garden party was still going on.

" I must immediately go to the Capital to meet the King who is said to be missing from the trip here from his guards."Samuel said to Sonya as Sonya met Samuel who was already on horseback and prepared to go along with Dino Baskoro towards the Capital.

" Is that so ? "

" Yes, Princess Sonya just wait for the good news from us that will invite you to the Capital for your first social debut as the Princess of Duke White's youngest sister." Answer Dino Baskoro.

" Heem, yes, thank you Dino." Sonya said cheerfully.

Samuel looked towards the distance to express himself in his mind to Claudia and the Rainbow Hill with the feeling his heart had to be pressed for He could step forward to reach his big dream in the Capital.

" Clau's..Goodbye...!" Inner Samuel.

The horse moved away from the Duke White House with Sonya's eyes looking at her brother's eyes far away was a reluctant look to part with the girl loved by her brother.
