the man also called the police and the ambulance informed him that there was an accident,

shortly thereafter ambulances begin to arrive and carry the body of Ellen's parents ,

Ellen was only able to see all of that from afar, because the person who was now carrying her, forbade her from getting close.

after Ani and Bagus' body was carried by the ambulance, the man brought Ellen back to Ellen's house, she seemed to know where Ellen's house was located without asking.
