Love Belongs to Naru

Love Belongs to Naru
Chapter 62

The morning sun began to show its light in the middle of a vast expanse of sea.

Two different types of people wake up first from two other friends.

They are Kinan and Dio. Both are heading towards the kitchen. "You awake?" ask Kinan who stopped in the kitchen doorway. "Yes," said Dio who stopped his steps right next to Kinan.

"Love isn't awake?" tanya Kinan looked towards the room right next to her own room.

"Here, he's still in the bathroom," said Dio, stepping up to the bar table to grab a glass of water for a sip.

"He's not awake yet?" ask Dio ambiguous.

"He who?" ask Kinan back.

"Master Chefmu" said Dio.

"Oh, Brother Naru must have woken up," Kinan said looking at his watch. "Surely he'll be out soon" Kinan explained.

"Why do you know when he's awake?" dio asked as he put down his empty glass.

"Because usually at this hour he's already sending me a good morning message, hahahaha!"

"Basic, BUCIN!" Dio smiled as he stepped towards the refrigerator to pick up eggs and some other friends such as Bombay onions, sausages, and peppers.

Kinan seemed indifferent to the word Dio. "You want to cook?" tanya Kinan approached towards the stove while waiting for Dio to walk towards him.

"Of course!"

Dio closed the refrigerator door with difficulty because in his hand was full of food ingredients that are fairly large for large portions of food.

Kinan immediately ran over to help Dio as the man seemed to have a hard time bringing everything alone.

Sure enough, not even Dio reached the bottom cabinet to put the cooking ingredients, some eggs almost fell but, some, fortunately, Kinan swiftly caught the two eggs and as a result, both were very close. "Why don't you take the place to hold all this" said Kinan, who took some of the other food from Dio's hands.

Dio did not reply, he only looked at the face of the girl who was still looking down not showing her face because Kinan was still busy with Bombay eggs and onions.

After if it was safe to carry, finally Kinan's face lifted staring at Dio and this is where the atmosphere began to calm down.

Again the two dissolved in a shadow that made Kinan shout, "Aaaaaaaakkkkkk!"

Dio instantly regained consciousness from his daydream. "Hey! you why?" ask Dio worriedly.

Kinan did not respond to anything, which he muttered only the word "no" many times.

As there was no response, Dio finally put his chin on the top of Kinan's head to make the girl feel calm.

Whether Dio was conscious or not, that was obviously the only thing he wanted to do for now.

"It seems to remember something, but when did it happen, huh?" dio asked still in that position.

"You're safe, don't think about anything no-no, you're here with us, so you'll be safe" Dio said, calming Kinan, who still seemed to be in shock.

A few seconds passed, Dio finally reopened his voice. "Can we cook?" dio asked and was nodded by Kinan.

The two simultaneously walked towards the kitchen cabinet to start dissecting the groceries and making them all delicious breakfast side dishes.

Kinan peels the Bombay onions, while Dio cuts the sausage. "What the hell were you?" dio asked as he continued to cut the sausage.

"I'm fine" said Kinan, continuing his work.

"But .. It looks like you've been traumatized," guessed Dio and Kinan looking straight at him.

"You're right! I had a childhood trauma and it was very difficult to get rid of" Kinan explained.

"Other than that man's face, I can't really forget."

"You ever had an accident?" dio asked again starting to crack one egg at a time into a medium-sized bowl.

"Yes! when I was Junior High School Grade 2," said Kinan who started chopping onions Bombay.

Once again a memory in Dio's mind began to appear. "Why did the shadow of the Junior High girl who was about to get hit by a car suddenly appear in my head?"

Dio tried to recall again and his mouth instantly gaped. "Is it possible that the boy of that time was him? but I didn't get to see his face."

Kinan who had finished chopping the Bombay onions, looked towards Dio. "I'm mixed ...." Kinan's face was suddenly confused to see Dio's facial expression. "You why?" tanya Kinan and Dio still did not respond as well.

Finally Kinan swung his right palm right in front of Dio's face. "You're okay, right?" tanya Kinan still continued to do the same.

Dio woke up from his daydream. "I'm fine" said Dio, continuing his work.

"I'm definitely just wrong, in this world it's not just him who's going through something like that, is it?"

Dio tried to eliminate all the thoughts swirling in his brain.

Kinan began to put all the Bombay onions into the bowl, as did Dio who put the sausage pieces into it.

Kinan looked towards the peppers that were untouched in the slightest. "What's that for?" kinan asked and Dio's gaze followed the young doctor's gaze. "Oh, that's for sweeteners only."

Kinan only listened to Dio's explanation.

Dio was still stirring up all the ingredients while saying to Kinan, "Heat the pan," Dio told Kinan and the young doctor knew he was what Dio meant.

Kinan immediately took the pan and put the cookware on the stove.

Unasked, Kinan directly smeared the margarine after turning on his stove.

"Is it less?" ask Kinan to Dio.

"Enough."

Kinan looked towards Dio. "Do you really love her?" tanya Kinan stopped the movement of Dio's hand which was adding flavoring seasoning to the egg that he was going to process. "I don't want to answer it" said Dio coldly.

Kinan smiled and knew for sure what the answer to Dio's cold voice was. "I see, if you love her so much, but would you be willing to let her not feel the same way, if you were with her?"

Dio shifted the position closer towards the pan that was already hot because Kinan used a small fire. "What do you mean," said Dio flatly.

"You're not the one who doesn't understand and I know, you must understand what I mean." Kinan patted Dio's shoulder slowly twice. "Try to let her get her happiness, doesn't love have to have nothing?... There is still time to change everything," explains Kinan who turned around to get out of the kitchen but, instead, he, dio's baritone voice stopped him, "You're doing this because you don't like it, right?"

Kinan turned around with his sweet smile. "You are absolutely right! I didn't feel anything for her and I couldn't possibly let her wait for me forever because I knew there was a woman who loved her and she seemed to be interested in her too."

"But I can't do that! I can't see him with another man" Dio told Kinan.

Kinan chuckled with Dio's ridiculous confession. "Not unwilling, but you're the one who won't try to let go of things you shouldn't have because he doesn't love you and you should have let him be with the man he loves."

Kinan ruffled his waist with the look of his face that he made a frown. "Remember, Mr. Dio! letting go does not mean we give up, but letting go for the sake of his happiness" Kinan explained.

Dio was speechless hearing Kinan's words which sounded very mature in attitude. "May I not try to let go, love?"

"There's still time to try it, sir! after breakfast we will play banana boat, if you are willing to cooperate with me, follow my plan," compromising Kinan blinked one eye at Dio. "At least you should be seduced by other women so that not only Love is what you think," the seductive Kinan walked out of the kitchen with a small laugh, while Dio touched his thumping chest. "earthquake."
