Monthly Meetings

As scheduled today there will be a monthly meeting with the heads of Baskara Corp. It's a busy day, Dinda has to prepare all the necessary fittings for the meeting.

The meeting starts at 9 to 4 p.m. Take a break for lunch and prayer. Dinda had already ordered boxed rice for lunch and snacks during the meeting. Assisted by OB to provide drinks for meeting members.

"This is all today's meeting material" Dinda held all the files and took them to the meeting room.

"Leave it to Angga let him take it. You bring an invitation that will be distributed to the head of the department. I want to hand out the invitation after the meeting finishes" Rendy gave the order.

"Good Mas" Dinda goes to Angga's room and delivers Rendy's message after that back to his shirt to pick up the invitation that Rendy ordered.

Meeting's starting...

As usual, the meeting went seriously. Each department opposes their respective responsibilities.

Baskara Corp Company consists of several departments.

The Department of Finance regulates and compiles the finances that will be responsible for each bookkeeping and financial flow of the company.

The HR department or HRD section regulates staffing. Promotion, position and transfer of employees of all branch offices and departments.

The Marketing Department organizes all marketing and project cooperation projects with other parties.

The IT department regulates the network systems that exist in this company and branch offices. They are responsible for the network damage and also the latest technology updates.

The Communication Department regulates all cooperation with clients who will join with Baskara Corp.

The Legal Department regulates and is responsible for all related laws, either cooperation with clients or legal action on all deviant employees.

The General Department regulates and cooperates with public affairs. Usually this department is more helpful to the communication department and the legal department.

The meeting was also attended by the branch heads. They also take part in meetings to account for their performance at the branch office. They must be responsible for all disturbances in the branch office.

The meeting consisted of 8 department heads and 10 branch heads plus Angga as assistant and Dinda secretarial CEO and finally Rendy himself as the highest leader of this company.

The meeting was very tense because if there were a department head who was not ready with their percentage material then Rendy would be slaughtered with various questions. Likewise with the branch heads in addition to them having to account for their performance Rendy will ask about their ideas in advancing the branch office they lead.

Dinda and Angga recorded all the results of the meeting. No one should be missed if no big boss can be angry.

They break at 12 at lunch and prayer. At 1 the meeting resumed. Time was very slow because of the tense atmosphere in the room. Dinda could feel the aura of tension of all the department and branch heads.

Finally at 4 o'clock it was all over. After closing this monthly meeting Rendy gave an announcement. The members of the meeting were waiting for what announcement their Boss would give.

"Ga please hand out invitations to all participants of today's meeting" Rendy ordered. Rangga stood up and shared the marriage invitation between Rendy and Dinda.

"I invite Father and Mother who are here to come to my wedding and Dinda on Sunday at my parents' house. Sorry this is only a thanksgiving event because I did not hold a large reception due to my Papa's health condition which is not possible. And also because of the request of my Wife Candidate who only wants to throw a simple party" Rendy looked at Dinda.

Instantly the meeting room boomed with various comments and congratulations from all in the room. Also looks disappointed face Sinta Head of the Treasury who has long put his heart on Rendy but until now never get a response.

They did not expect their boss to marry his secretary. Because all this time there was no gossip or news circulating about the closeness or relationship of the Boss with his secretary in the office. According to them, the boss was very smart to cover his relationship with his secretary when behind it they did not know the story of Rendy's sudden marriage because of the request of his parents.

As Sinta shook Dinda's hand she felt an aura of hostility. Sinta stared dislikefully at Dinda. Sinta is currently injured and heartbroken. No accept he lost quickly seducing the CEO. Dinda who has only worked for a few months has managed to ensnare her boss's marriage.

Everyone back in their own rooms. Tense and exhausting day. Before going home Dinda checks Rendy's schedule again tomorrow and sends an email to Angga to replace her tomorrow because Dinda is going on leave. Mama Rendy is already busy, she says Dinda should be frowned upon and they should not meet until their wedding day. What to try??? Maybe let them feel longed for a few days before the wedding.

"Today I will take you home, tell Mas Nanda that he no longer needs to pick you up here" Rendy said through an intercom in his room.

Dinda tidied up her desk and entered Rendy's room.

"I'm ready, shall we go home? Bring Dinda.

"Wait a minute" Rendy shuts down her computer and picks up her suit and briefcase. Because it's time to go home Rendy lazy to wear his coat that he has opened because of the sultry all day meeting. Rendy folded her shirt arms until her elbows revealed athletic hand and body muscles. Anyone who saw it would have thought Rendy was very hot-style like that.

Dinda swallowed her saliva and tried to act ordinary even though from earlier her heart was difficult to start to discount. Has there been any sign appeared???

"We stopped by at Cafe Pelangi ya Din, my head tired all day meeting from morning" Though Rendy wanted to spend this afternoon with Dinda because 2 days ahead until the wedding day, H. wedding, they will not meet. Rendy ordered latte coffee and cheese cake while Dinda ordered the same hot chocolate and cake.

They similarly enjoy a bright twilight that slowly turns into night. After the Maghrib prayer they left for Dinda's house.

This time Rendy did not go home. Rendy stopped by Dinda's house, hard not to meet Dinda even though only 2 days. Rendy really spent the rest of the night at Dinda's house.

They arrived at Dinda's house at dinner time. Rendy accepts Dinda's family's invitation to have dinner together because she will soon be part of the family.

"How are you preparing for your wedding, Ren?" Ask Nanda after they finish dinner.

"Alhamdulillah is near perfect Mas" replied Rendy.

"From tomorrow on leave, won't you be Rendy?" Ask Mama Dinda.

"Yes Ma" Rendy looked at the woman who would soon be her father-in-law.

"Mama agrees with Mama you will make pingitan time for the bride. Although it's an ancient tradition but we think it can prevent things that we do not want before the wedding happens" Mama Rini explained the meaning of pingit for the bride and groom.

Rendy and Dinda looked at each other. Will they feel the longing? This marriage is not because of love but because it is the same as each other. Rendy because her parents and Dinda want to run away from Ivan.
