Ray POV

It doesn't feel like it's been 5 years I've been with the darkness, there's no light I can see. Sad that's how I feel, empty that's the state of my heart now. When I could not see the light, I was left by the light in my heart. My fiancee left me with my cousin, and I still remember the last word she said to me when I woke up from my long sleep.

The flashback

"what are you thinking son" asked Rena

" There is no mother, Ray just enjoys the cool morning air" he said with a smile

" don't lie to Ray's mother, if you just enjoy the air last morning why there are traces of tears on your cheeks" said Rena sharp.Ray just looked down to hide his injured face.

" Ray do you still love Vio" asked Rena heartily.

" it's hypocritical that Ray says no, Ray still loves Vio, you know that Ray's been in a relationship with Vio for almost 3 years,but it has to run aground just because he can't accept Ray's shortcomings" Ray said pausing"Ray's mother's pain and chest tightness remember that" he continued. Rena clutched the invitation card she was holding . she broke her intention to tell Ray that Vio was getting married to Kaifano. Rena doesn't want Ray getting worse at hearing this news. Rena held her fragile crying son, she could not bear to see Ray continue to fall.

" O Lord please send someone who is able to love and accept the shortcomings of my son I can't bear to see God, I want my son to be able to live a happy life" Rena inwardly prayed for Ray.
