CHAPTERS 17. Past Times

Like most mothers, Zara was shopping at a Traditional Market. The reason why he does not shop at the complex vegetable maker is of course because he does not want to deal with complex mothers who are the majority of people who do not like him very much, so it's better to avoid it than to deal with them.

Because today Davina wants to take Elina to school so Zara has to go to the Market alone. He has now begun to accept Davina's presence and be kind to her, he thought there was no harm in Davina being at his house at least he could have a chatter friend because he remembered that Hana now no longer lives close to him so it makes it difficult for him to chat.

Zara began to choose several types of vegetables as well as meat, he deliberately bought a lot because for stock inventory at his house because of the market distance is quite far from his home, making him lazy if he had to go back and forth to the Market every day.

When Zara was picking up her wallet, there was a young man who quickly picked up the wallet that Zara had issued.

“Copetttt!!” Shouted Zara loudly and ran after the pickpocket.

Hearing Zara's screams at once the people in the market immediately helped chase the pickpocket, until finally there was a young man who managed to catch the pickpocket, he said, people who were in the Market also brought the pickpocket to the Police station.

“Nih Mbak wallet, next time heart yes because here is a lot of copet.” Said the young man while giving Zara's wallet which was taken by the pickpocket.

“Still.” Zara received the wallet and looked up her head to the young man and how surprised Zara was that the young man she knew so well was even so close to him.

“Loh turns out you're Ra.” Said the young man with an expression as surprised as Zara.

“Old yes we did not meet, since the incident even you did not go anywhere, and unexpectedly we met again here.” Zara looked at the young man and smiled at him.

“I'm sorry Ra, I actually did it all for you, I don't want you to deny your father's will.” It was clear to Zara.

“But that's not how Dit, you went that way for no reason at that time and it was enough to make me hit.” Zara started to glass.

“Sorry I Ra.” Said the young man who turned out to be named Adit.

Zara leaves Adit without any words, while Adit, who sees Zara leaving, feels more guilty, he didn't want to do that to Zara, but he couldn't violate Zara's father's will.

Davina was cleaning the kitchen and she saw Zara who had just returned from the market but her face looked sad she was approaching Zara.

“Eh Mbak Zara has returned home.” Davina said with a smile to Zara.

“Iya Vin, oh yes I can ask for help not the same you?” Ask Zara.

“Iya Mbak want to ask for help what?” Reply Davina quickly.

“Today you are the one who cooked because it arrived just so I did not feel well nih.” Zara.

Davina nodded her head and took all the groceries Zara brought, she felt like something had happened to her because clearly her eyes were so swollen as to cry.

“Why did I start sparing you, you came back? Even I've tried to accept my present life! But when you appeared before me instantly all my defenses began to collapse.” Mumbled Zara who had now started sobbing.

Slowly tears began to wet his cheeks, he put the photo back into the Box and put the box back into the closet. Because he kept crying for a long time he became very sleepy and fell asleep.

“Why Dit? Why!!” Shouted Zara.

“Sorry I Ra but I can't continue our relationship.” Adit.

“You can't dong stayin me so you need to tell me why!” Zara Strictly.

“Sorry Ra but I really have to go there's something I can't tell you.” Adit starts to leave Zara crying.

“ADIT!! “ Call Zara when Adit has started to move away but Adit ignored her and kept walking away from Zara.

“I HATE YOU DIT.” Zara continued to sob to observe Adit's departure.

Zara was immediately awakened from her sleep she really did not expect to dream about the events before, her heart again hurt to remember it all. To be honest, Zara still does not understand what Adit means and purpose to leave just leave her.

“There's something I can't tell you.”

Zara remembered the words she had spoken first, it seemed she needed to know what had really happened why Adit could not explain all of it to Zara.

When Zara was daydreaming about all that arrived, the door of the room opened and she was Arka who had just returned from her Office. When he saw Arka, Zara became aware that she was now living with Arka and even her marriage age would soon be one year old.

But honestly he still did not fully love Arka, he had been just trying to make peace with the circumstances that had become his destiny. He began to accept Arka and hoped that over time he could love her.

“Heyy why do you daydream?” Ask Arka who's awakening Zara's daydream.

“Ehh hing kok Mas.” Shake Zara and kiss Arka's hand.

Arka smiled at his wife and immediately kissed her forehead, Zara who was treated like that became very guilty because she should not still expect another man. He was determined to forget it and continue life as usual, although his heart was not fully for Arka but for him Arka had loved him so much so he began to feel comfortable with her.

“Yaudah Mas, now you shower first abis it we eat ya.” Say Zara gently and begin to help remove the Suit and tie worn by Arka.

Arka gladly according to what his wife said, then he immediately entered the bathroom, while Zara he immediately went to the Kitchen to help Davina prepare Food.
