Chapter 23 Eye Stares

Saturday afternoon, Rea has been escorted by Rahmat to My Cafe to gather for training with his group. Rea asked to be left because he did not know how long it took to train today.

The girl looked around when she was in the cafe, apparently one of her group friends had not come, she was almost sitting down and ordered a drink, but someone appeared and called his name from the top of the stairs.

The girl then approached the keyboard instrument she had seen from earlier, her fingers began to play a classical musical note but stopped because she suddenly forgot the note in the middle, Rea simply smiled as he lifted his fingers from the musical instrument. The eagle approached then played the tone that Rea had forgotten earlier.

"You know this tone?" exclaimed Rea, her eyes twinkling at the face of the man who was now standing beside her.

"Of course, this is one of my favorite classical music notes" replied the Eagle.

"Same, I like the tone of this music, somehow it calms when I feel lonely, it's weird when the tone sounds sad, right?" Rea looked towards the Eagle with a slightly wistful smile.

Rea just looked into the eyes of the guy next to her with a confused look.

"Have you ever felt lonely?" ask Rea curiously.

"Sure," replied the Eagle briefly.

"Do you have parents who love you? Why do you feel lonely?" ask Rea wonder.

The eagle smiled "Then don't you have parents?"

"Have it, but they don't love me, my father loves even more a son he's never met, than me."

The eagle just fell silent, there was a strange feeling in his heart seeing the change in expression on Rea's face. They look at each other. The guy did not understand what Rea said, but somehow there was a feeling of guilt that suddenly flashed through him.

Their other group friends have arrived. The eagle had sent a message, asking them to just go upstairs after arriving at the cafe, without the Eagle knowing the three friends of the group had been standing before the door, seeing herself and Rea looking at each other.

They were silent in such a position on the stairs for a while, but hurriedly the Eagle let go of his hand when he saw Rea was already able to stand on his own stably.
