Chapters. 52. Suspicions

Anis walked over and he stopped at the dinner table which looked ready with so much food that looked so delicious.

He sat on any bench and then he immediately ate the food in front of him.

The servants who saw Anis's behavior just shook their heads, they thought maybe Laila's nature like that because she had just experienced an event that might be so miserable.

Anis enjoyed the food like someone who had not eaten for more than three days, after being full he burped strongly, until he was unaware of Rian's arrival.

"Nina how are you, sorry we were late to find you" Rian said politely.

"It doesn't matter what's important now that I'm back in this house" Anis replied.

Rian looked at Anis's face intently, to the point that he did not hear when Anis asked him to leave her.

"Rian ! miss asks you to leave, maybe miss wants to be alone and does not want to be disturbed" said Bik Sumi while shaking Rian's hand.

Then Rian stood up and left Anis who was still so greedy to enjoy the fruit presented before him.

"So the man was named Rian, why did he dare to approach me ? or he is indeed a confidant of Fauzi's wife. "inner Anis.

Once satisfied he went back into his room, he then lay in bed enjoying music, shortly after he fell asleep because of the satiety.

While Fauzi was just coming, he looked at the face he missed so much, but again he frowned at the strange behavior of his wife.

Slowly he approached Anis who was still asleep, gently he kissed Anis on the forehead then he lay down beside Anis while hugging Anis' body affectionately.

Anis quickly opened her eyes, as there were burly hands that suddenly hugged her body.

His heart was beating very fast, when he saw Fauzi embracing his body very possessively.

"Why is Laila's heart beating so fast, like the first time I've done this, and the way she looks and smells is so different."

"This means she's not my wife, she's Anis who's been rumored to have died. What happened to my wife ?" inner Fauzi.

He remains in his position, fearing that the woman in Laila's current position might suspect that he has learned that she is not Laila. But to ascertain what Anis's motive is to claim to be Laila, he must calm down as if he does not know who Anis really is.

After making sure Anis went back to sleep, Fauzi slowly got up and he immediately came out of the room, he went inside the guest room to clean his body.

After that, he entered his office to make sure the company was fine. While he was busy, Rian knocked on the door and entered to face him.

"Sir, I'm sorry before, but I can't help it anymore" Rian said.

"Say no hesitation." replied Fauzi as he closed his laptop.

"Sorry sir, the woman who was taking her home is not Miss Laila." replied Rian hesitantly.

"Sorry sir, the lady will not act like the girl, nor will the eyes of the lady be so tenderly loving, whereas the woman, the eyes filled with ambition and hatred."

"Miss never once had such a nature sir, not even the lady's gaze to Rafik and Hana was so shady there was no grudge or hatred."

"The nature of the lady is very gentle and also polite is much different from the nature of the woman. I'm sorry sir if I'm presumptuous, although I haven't known you for a long time, but I can confirm that the woman is not a miss." replied Rian.

"You're right, I'm actually suspicious, too. But I had to pretend, not knowing it, to ascertain what Anis's true purpose was." replied Fauzi.

"Anis ? do you know that woman ?" ask Rian.

"Yes, I knew him long before I met my wife. One thing is for sure to continue searching for Laila, I want my wife to return safely without any shortcomings." replied Fauzi.

"Okay sir, I will coordinate with the others. Thank you for knowing that she is not a lady."

"I will feel guilty towards the lady, if the master does not recognize the woman even doing things that you should not have done. I'm sorry sir." said Rian then he left Fauzi in his study.

"Dear forgive your husband, I should have recognized you more than anyone. I'm still taking him to our house because he's your brother. And to bring her to our room was my biggest mistake, I'm sorry my wife" Fauzi said, closing her eyes.

He was very sorry to have brought another woman into their room, he should have slept in the guest room. For a moment Fauzi thought about how he had asked Anis to sleep in the guest room.

Slowly he calls Sumi's bik to meet her in his study. After a while Sumi's bik appears.

"Bik later please tell the woman sleeping in my room to immediately move to the guest room, just say the room will be renovated."

"Please convey to others as if to renovate the room, lest the woman use my wife's property, forbid her in a subtle way."

"This is an ATM, use it to buy his needs, and make sure he doesn't touch my wife's" Fauzi said.

"Sir, do you also suspect that the woman is not Miss ? then I'm very happy sir. It means you'll keep the love of the missus."

"By pleasure, I will take care of what already belongs to the lady, no woman will be able to replace the Miss in our hearts, sir." replied Sumi tearfully.

"If the woman asks where I am, tell her that I have to go out of town for a very important job, and I don't convey it directly to her because she sleeps so soundly." Fauzi.

"Okay sir, I will always remember your message. Excuse me sir." replied Sumi's bik then he left Fauzi.

Fauzi took care of his work and brought some files that he still hadn't finished working on.

Once everything is ready he immediately leaves the house using his motorbike. He headed to his parents' house, after which he returned to campus to prepare an event that was planned to be held tomorrow

Aided by Bima and the other friends, he finished everything, so that tomorrow's event went perfectly according to what they had planned.
