LIFEBOOK
Episode 5's

The book let out an unreasonable wave, to the point that the entire room trembled at it.

A very strong wind, out of nowhere came circling the entire room. Makes the situation worse.

Carvings of ancient writing displayed on the wall one by one fell, crushed unceremoniously. The lighting that had been lit since earlier warmed the room immediately extinguished, the air temperature dropped dramatically. The black round table that was behind us was also thrown a few meters away, creating a very loud bang. The whole room was a mess he made.

I could not continue my steps, the light of the book was too bright that it made me unable to see around clearly. The things that were thrown made us even more unable to move.

My sweat pours out looking at the book, we stand still, not daring to move. Lucia who had been leading at the front stopped her movements. Immediately, I stopped my steps.

Lucia couldn't possibly continue her footsteps at the current situation, she was already elderly. I could see Lucia desperately trying to reach for the strange book.

"Lucia, are you sure about this. We better get out to save ourselves." I shouted out loudly, against the sound of colliding objects.

I'm starting to worry about this. If it wasn't for Lucia here, I'd have gone on a bloody run to save myself, like when I was spotted by a lion.

Lucia looked at me, yelling hoarsely overpowering the sound around "I can't move, something like I'm locking on to me. We have to stop the book, otherwise something bad could happen."

We kept trying to step foot in, however, all the efforts we made were in vain.

It had been three minutes we stood by, the situation was getting worse.

Since then, I have been watching the book that is shining. The light gets brighter as time goes on.

"LUCIA, RUN AWAY FROM HERE!" I felt a bad feeling, Without pause, I immediately called out to Lucia.

When I realized it, it was too late. There was a very loud bang, my body was thrown twenty meters away, hitting the wall in the corner of the room.

I lay helpless on the floor, slowly my consciousness began to disappear. Before losing consciousness, I saw Lucia floating in a blanket of light. It was as if he was actually emitting the light himself. And the book stopped emitting light, and then fell on the floor.

Instantly, the green light that enveloped Lucia turned a deep red color. The light seemed to emit a time distortion. This situation seemed familiar to me, I had experienced this before the first time I opened the book.

However, strangely the light enveloped Lucia's body. I could see clearly from a distance, before the deep red color that radiated, only around me.

My ears were buzzing loudly, bleeding. I was breathing like I was breathing with my ears. My gaze was all white, slowly becoming dark.

I lost control of my body, not knowing what happened next.

"LUTFI, ARE YOU OKAY?!" Lucia, who saw me attached to dozens of meters and hit a solid concrete wall in the corner of the room, shouted hysterically.

It was a terrifying sight, the loud thumping sound as if throwing anything nearby.

Lucia, who was also affected by the impact, was bleeding from her ears. However, the effect was like being dimmed by something.

Without Lucia noticing, the green light from the book had crept slowly towards where she was standing. Once he realized it, the light had been spinning butar around Lucia's body. Slowly, the green light swirling around her raised Lucia's body. He floated in the air, like the book was floating.

The light that had been green, instantly turned deep red. Lucia who saw him could not react, too much information that had to be absorbed by him. The deep red glow grew brighter, swirling around Lucia, like children playing.

Lucia noticed every single thing that happened, she observed the deep red light. Lucia realized what I was aware of, she saw around her something beyond human common sense. Something impossible happened. Lucia who realized something, unable to do anything, she began to lose control of her consciousness.

Since Lucia was withstanding the pressure that was able to throw me up to twenty meters, she was extremely tough. But as that green light turned deep red, the pressure grew stronger. Not only the air pressure around him, as if time was experiencing tremendous pressure.

Ten minutes had passed, ever since Lucia lost consciousness. The light seemed to have gone through its climax, the bright rays of light began to dim.

The book first lost its light, then fell onto the marble floor that had been smashed, while Lucia was still hovering inside the quiet room.

A faint light still lingered on his body. It was so beautiful, like the moonlight in the dark of the night. A beauty that no one in the world could ever imagine.

Glowing green eyes as well as greenish silver hair that decomposed were exposed to a gust of wind. A world of beauty that is impossible to find anywhere.

There was a female figure hovering, glowing in the air. The silver hair to his green was unraveled by that light. His glowing green eyes illuminated the dark room. She looks like a 16-year-old High School girl, almost 160 cm tall.

Something beyond human reason had happened, and yet, no one had witnessed it.

The light on Lucia's body dimmed further, then disappeared completely. His body slowly fell, landing gently.

We lost consciousness, not knowing what had happened. Which even if told, I'd be more dismissive of that fact.

Of course, I wouldn't believe it even if I witnessed it firsthand. Who would believe such a thing, I'm sure would be told crazy by someone else.

The room that had been arranged neatly and comfortably, turned out to be unsavory, like a broken ship. A large round chair shattered in the corner of the room, a sturdy concrete wall was seen cracking everywhere.

Magnificent lights hanging from the ceiling of the room fell on the floor, until all the marble in the entire room was destroyed.

Now, the room looked dark and cold. Nothing warms this room, or even just lights it up.

Strangely enough, nothing happened from the outside. Like someone isolated us inside.

The sound of the rain shut down the long dark night, the whirling of the ever-quenching rain welcomed the sunrise. The sound of the rain was like a song of defeat for us.
