The sound of ambulance sirens and police rang out, faintly the faces of people passing by were busy evacuating victims. A car exploded in the middle of the road. Firefighters are overwhelmed by the city's traffic congestion. Many tourists witnessed the accident.
"Look at the woman her pregnant belly is big, it looks like her pregnancy broke" tourist A pointed at Laura.
The nurse lifts Laura's body into the ambulance. Respiratory devices & infusion hose.
"Hold me Miss, we'll save you and your baby. Stay conscious" The nurse's voice sounded faint because the sirens sounded so loud.
Laura entered the operating room, around the doctor looks busy will dissect the abdomen. Laura who was in a semi-conscious state could only give up.
"How is it, the condition is getting worse." Doctor Say.
"His husband is on his way to the hospital." A nurse reported.
"If waiting for her husband can not be helped by both. Ms... madam do you hear us?" The doctor tried to wake Laura.
"I. Yes, doc, I can hear." Laura replied in limp.
"We have to take surgery but there has to be an agreement, between the baby or your life that we have to save." The doctor asked Laura.
"Please save my baby, my husband really wants this baby." Laura held the Doctor's hand.
"Brakk..... Her husband is coming."A nurse from outside told .
"Let her husband come in and discuss with his wife. " Doctor's Order.
Ryan walked in with a lunglai to see his wife on the operating table.
"Darling what happened instead of me asking you to wait until I get back why is this happening?" Ryan rubbed his wife's head.
"Please save our baby, I can't take it anymore." Laura was in pain all over her body.
"No, I can't choose between you. It's better that I die than you two there's no one." Ryan replied firmly.
"Master if you don't want both of them to go pick one. His condition is already very critical." Nurse.
"Sir, your wife has agreed to save your baby. I'm sorry you had to leave the room because we're gonna take the baby in your wife's womb." The doctor took over Laura's body.
Ryan couldn't hold back his tears seeing his own wife in the operating room. The family was waiting outside the operating room. Ryan was just crying over the two people he loved betting lives on.
" We pray that Laura is safe and the baby is healthy." Ryan's mother hugged her fragile son.
"Mom, the doctor told me that Laura would rather have her baby live than her. Huhuhuhu." Ryan is getting frustrated.
"What's? So Laura, there's no way my daughter's dead. You lied Ryan. You useless son-in-law you only harmed Laura and my future grandchildren." Laura's father was upset.
"Mr Haris this is not a good time to blame each other. We are also saddened by Laura's accident. We also love Laura like our own daughter." Ryan's mother defended her son.
"Have not argued, now I want my wife and children to be safe." *Ryan stood towards the operating door that was still tightly closed.
"(You must be safe, I cannot live if one of you goes*).
The doctor came out and found Ryan standing right in front of him.
"Happy Master, your daughter was born as healthy and beautiful as her mother". The doctor rubbed Ryan's shoulder.
"Thank God, I finally became a father. " Ryan rubbed his face.
"Then Laura became a mother". Laura's father was grateful.
"Can I see both?" Ryan enthusiastically.
" Go to the nursery, but your wife will be cleaned up because she passed away 1 hour ago." The doctor leaves Ryan with Laura's corpse covered in cloth.
Ryan took off the cloth cover to make sure his wife was right.
"No. No way, Laura you can't go. Even your life and death are with me. Even if you're a spirit you won't calm down without my permission." Ryan was crying.
Several security guards tried to secure Ryan's condition. Because this incident so suddenly made everyone who was there feel hit.
