Ling Xifeng and Mr. Rain (S1)

“Who's there?” those people exclaimed towards Ling Xifeng.

But instead of running, Ling Xifeng landed in front of them and walked casually toward those people.

“Are you guys Mr Chong's men?” ask Ling Xifeng.

The people looked at each other and nodded as answers but did not lower their level of vigilance.

“We have the same goal, no need to be wary of me. I also want to find out about Mr. Rain which is meant by people.” Ling Xifeng.

They looked at each other again finally lowering their vigilance towards Ling Xifeng because they felt they were not enemies.

“Then why are you here? And why do you know we're Chong's fruit?” ask one of them.

“I came here to meet you guys just by chance, and I know you guys because of the triangular crest on your robes.” replied Ling Xifeng/

After chatting for a few words they finally went back apart investigating this person named Mr. Rain in their respective ways.

Actually Ling Xifeng could have barged into the residence he was watching but he did not want anyone to know his true identity let alone he was disguised in the Zhang residence.

He disguised himself not because of unclear purpose, all this time he did find out the whereabouts of the person called Mr. Rain until he found out that the Zhang family also had a conflict with that person, he entered the Zhang family as a shadow knight, the chief protector of the Zhang family.

Now that his goal is achieved, he is assigned personally to investigate Mr. Rain. So he could blatantly investigate that person he had been looking for for the past few years.

Mr. Rain was not an easy person, he had been a fugitive for the past few years but no one dared to catch him even those from the white stream just silenced him.

Mr. Rain is the chief serial killer/wage killer. The crimes he committed were so many that even the gods could not count his sins. Even so, Mr. Rain is very difficult to capture and control.

He does not settle somewhere and is very difficult to find its existence, so enter the empire or the people of the white stream can not find and catch it.

Lately there has been a lot of gossip that says that Mr. Rain is in a residence located in the western region of the Han Empire.

When he felt safe, he again walked from one place to another. Until he reached a room that looked big. No light came from that room.

Ling Xifeng smiled, knowing that the man was in the room.

“Rain, I'm coming!” he muttered, he entered the room blatantly let alone no guard at all standing guard in front of the room.

“Who's there?” exclaimed a handsome man who had pale skin like a corpse.

Ling Xifeng was leisurely sitting on a chair in the corner there while unmasking him. As the mask opened he smiled charmingly at the pale-faced handsome man.

“Reacted queen of darkness.” Said the man with a smile rising on his face.

“Good Xixi.” Answer the handsome man.

“Where have you been all this time? I haven't found you in a long time.” Ask Ling Xifeng.

“As usual, I'm looking for that woman.” The man replied with a faint face.

“You've been looking for him for decades but you haven't met him yet?” ling Xifeng asked with a meaningful look on his face.

“Yes that is, if I don't find it I will constantly take human blood because no one can kill me but that woman.” Said the man.

“Actually you're looking for her because you love her or because you want to end your eternity?” ling Xifeng asked frowning full of question marks.

“Both, ever since he found out that he was the cause of my death he no longer appeared before me and was lost as if swallowed by nature.” Said the man.

“Rain, why don't you just give up and accept your eternal destiny?” ling Xifeng asked the man who turned out to be the one called Mr. Rain.

“I'm tired of living my life and I really want to die anyway, even though I'm alive there will be more human blood I need, although I am a vampire I also do not want to take many human lives.” Said Rain.

“Truely you said, then you better end your life. Although the whereabouts of the woman was not found you rest easy, I will help you find her but you must also tell me a secret that you yourself know I really want the secret.” Ling Xifeng.

“Good I received.” Said Rain, Ling Xifeng was quite surprised to hear the answer Rain first every time he wanted to know the secret would Rain stay away and disappear.

“Your death is in the hands of the person you consider most precious to you.” Rain Say.

So Ling Xifeng was looking for Rain all this time just wanting to find out how he died?

“But still curse keep curse, very difficult to break it. Moreover, the person you consider valuable will not kill you because I believe if you just consider it valuable then he will consider yourself more valuable than himself. If my hunch is right you will never die!” rain's words were absolutely indisputable.

Ling Xifeng's mind far looked forward, thinking who was the person he currently considered valuable? And would he really live eternally without being able to break through the eternal sky?

“Why is our fate both so complicated? I feel like I'm being played by god.” Said Ling Xifeng, his heavy breath clearly made Rain could only nod in agreement.

“Why don't you serve as the queen of darkness? Didn't you live a quiet life as the queen of darkness?” ask Rain

“No, I won't be the bad guy anymore. I might slaughter innocent humans, and I don't want my students to know that big secret. I don't want to disappoint him.” Ling Xifeng.

“Are you now a good person of the white stream?” ask Rain

“Not really, I'm not being good and not evil either. I just live my life as I wish. After all, you who are given the title of the head of a serial killer actually do not have evil intentions towards humans, right?” ling Xifeng.

“You are right, if I do not drink human blood then my body will be weakened and controlled by the devil who will destroy the whole world. I'd better take one-on-one.”ucap Rain.

The world is full of question marks. Sometimes people who are considered evil though are not necessarily evil. Similarly, it is better, precisely the people who are considered heroes that will disrupt the world.

Envy, greed and ambition of man itself will lead the chaos occurred.
