Ch. 10 Griffondels 4

El ran away as fast as he could to the griffin cage.He tried to look back.The griffin cage was outside the village right on the edge of the ravine.

El's breath began to hunt because he continued to run, but he still forced his body to run.As El ran he was surprised by a large object that suddenly blocked El.

After not panicking he finds an Orc with a thorny hammer blocking his path.He is the Orc in charge of capturing the living lives of the Griffondel inhabitants.

The Orcs who confronted El laughed.

El was confused to hear the Orc's language because their language was different.

Another soldier fared not much different.There was a spear impaled his chest and other ill-fated fate.Finally only left Alexander who was full of wounds and lost a lot of blood.

His mind remembered the figure of the boy he had just met.He thought the boy deserved to be his successor.

"Sorry son, I can't keep my promise."

Alexander muttered softly apologizing to El.
