Chapter 22. Towards the dimension of eternal life

"Uhh.. huk...."

Changyi Yuwen's voice when he first opened his eyes, after fainting for some time while holding his still-painful head, his head still felt throbbing with pain.

"How does it still hurt?" Grandpa Feng Ying reached out her hand to help Changyi Yuwen sit back down.

After he sat down perfectly his eyes looked around which seemed foreign to him. He was still a little confused the last time that he remembered he was unconscious at the edge of the lake of the tears of life. But now he felt like he was in a foreign place and like a cave.

"Where are we now? Why does everything look foreign!"

"Calm down! We are now in another dimension. I purposely brought your body here to speed up your healing process."

"What is this cake really?"

" You'll know later. But for now the most important thing is to recover your body and energy."

"It's okay."

Next Changyi Yuwen sat cross-legged to meditate, he wanted to quickly restore his body to its prime condition again.

Time went so fast that Changyi Yuwen had not meditated for about 2 full days.

When he first opened his eyes he felt his body feel light and every breath of his felt filled with an extremely incredible energy.

"My body feels very different. Right now my body feels filled with great energy," he murmured inwardly.

When he saw Changyi Yuwen had already woken up from his long meditation. Grandfather Feng Ying asked, "How do you feel right now?"

"My body feels light and every breath I take is filled with energy like an infinite cake."

"good. Goody. That means you can already fuse the energy from the fire element."

"Next what shall I do, cake."

Pain and agony began to enter Changyi Yuwen's entire body. He could not feel what the current was feeling was only an immense pain and agony.

He continued to endure it and continued to absorb the energy from the golden pearl heart grass until it ran out. His body continued to tremble the longer it shook the more violently.

When the energy was being absorbed by the grass it instantly disappeared without a trace. Changyi Yuwen began to feel his current body was extremely weak, he was currently completely exhausted mentally and physically.

When he opened his eyes the first thing he felt was his hunger. Grandpa Feng Ying seemed to understand what Changyi Yuwen had in mind.

He flicked his hand instantly appeared a wide variety of dishes which made Changyi Yuwen unable to hold him back any longer.

This time Changyi Yuwen's appetite was so great that the dishes served by Feng Ying's grandfather ludes were left.

After he finished eating Changyi Yuwen started meditating again to recover his body condition to become primed again. This time Changyi Yuwen had only taken a short period of time, he only needed a full one.

"Find that snow ice mushroom."

"Where is the snow-ice mushroom located at this time?"

Snow-ice mushrooms grow on the tops of eternal icebergs and golden peaches exist in the perennial Desert.

And one more thing you should remember is that place is guarded by a demon."

"Good, cake."

" This time I can't help much. Right now it all depends on your own ability no one else can help you. So fight to the end." Said Feng Ying's grandfather while patting Changyi Yuwen's shoulder that was before him.

"Good, cake. I will never give up because I have fought so far. So there's no way back for me anymore."

Changyi Yuwen replied as he paid his respects to Feng Ying's grandfather before stepping away from that Goa towards the dimension of eternal life that was at the end of the cave.

With a strong determination Changyi Yuwen stepped his feet steadily without any hesitation or anything like that. In his heart was already ingrained his sense and determination to become stronger.

Perhaps this was the reason he did not want to give up even though he had been on the edge of death many times.

Every time he was at the lowest point there was always a shadow of his parents dying horribly in front of his eyes. So that he always rejects reality and triggers his spirit to rise again.
