"Zevanya" called Kaysar and Alisha stared fixedly at the girl's brown eyeball.

"I Love you more" The man's dimples looked sweet as he smiled and laughed softly. His hand ruffled the girl's hair until it was a little messy.

"Temenin sleeps" said Kaysar

"Yes this is memenin" Kaysar shifted his position and patted the side of the empty mattress.

Alisha got on the patient's bed and lay down next to the man. Kaysar took her into a warm embrace. The man dipped a glimpse of the top of his lover's hair warmly.

"I Love you more, Zevanyaku" said Kaysar and hugged Alisha. Slowly the man closed both eyes.

Alisha inhaled a very distinctive and familiar scent of Kaysar's body on her nose. "Love you too"

The pair of teenagers closed their eyes with a hug. But not long after, the loud noise from the ECG machine made Alisha panic.

"Why is that?" ask Alisha to panic.

"Stttt I want to sleep first" said Kaysar and smiled warmly.

Kaysar further tightened his embrace. But his forehead was clenching withstanding the pain in his heart.

"You're the only woman I love in this world, Alisha"

"Stay happy always yes" said Kaysar and closed his eyes tightly.

"Kay!!" Alisha shook Kaysar's shoulder but the man did not budge.

"Kay! Plis woke up" said Alisha with tears in her eyes.

Alisha pressed the button to call the doctor. The girl got off the patient bed and looked at Kaysar's slowly paled face.

"Kay" the call turned soft and teary.

Shortly the doctor came and examined Kaysar.

"I'm sorry but Mr. Kaysar's life has not been helped" said the doctor, making Alisha's body shed immediately to the floor.

Zea who had just entered was curious as to what had happened. But the girl was immediately flabbergasted when she learned that Kaysar was dead.
