Want to be a detective (Halilintar)

The place where Aldora is located is now called the country of Gloretha. With an absolute monarchy system, the word king or queen is absolute.

The state of Gloretha was derived from the name of the first ruler, Queen Gloretha. The country has an area of 647,500² km.

This country used to be an abandoned country. But since Queen Gloretha came to the country little by little the condition of the country became better. True to the meaning of its name which is welfare, Queen Gloretha brings prosperity to the state of Gloretha.

All the people of Gloretha rejoiced because their economic conditions improved due to the help of Queen Gloretha.

That is why the people gave the position of leader to Queen Gloretha and gave the name Gloretha to their country as a sign of respect and gratitude to Queen Gloretha.

Queen Gloretha said that she would marry on condition that the man she wanted to marry should be surnamed Gloretha. In order that later descendants are known to descend from Gloretha.

And the one who can occupy the throne of Gloretha must be a descendant of the original Gloretha.

The selection of the successor to the throne is very easy to do. The successor to the throne must be the first child of the King or Queen no matter the woman or the man. But they must be healthy physically and mentally.

If she is a Queen, her first child must follow her mother's clan in order to become the next heir to the throne. For the second child and so on are allowed to follow the clan of the father.

Gloretha is a prosperous country. Everyone lives like a brother. They do not have social status. Whether it was a Duke, Earl, Baron, or common folk all lived in harmony.

Even a supreme ruler does not distinguish social status and live like a family with the people whose social status is far below it.

But all that changed due to an uprising that occurred a dozen years ago. All members of the government were declared absent in the rebellion. So the throne was taken over by former descendants of Gloretha.

Yes, ex. His father or rather the King at that time had given the order that the name Gloretha be taken out of his name and he was expelled from the palace for good because his actions were unforgivable.

Not forgiven, why? Because he had tried to kill an heir to the throne. Not just once but many times. And his attitude was considered a form of rebellion to the state.

The law commensurate to the rebel is death. But given his status, the King granted leniency to his sentence.

Under the reign of the present King, King Heren all the people lived selfishly. Especially the nobles, they always lowered their standing below them. Assuming that someone whose degree is below is nothing but trash. A thought that Aldora hated so much.

The position of the nobility in the Gloretha state is as follows.

King (Empress) or Queen (King)

The King or Queen is the highest level of nobility and monarch in the rank of nobility. In Indonesian, titles that can be matched with the King are emperor and maharaja. In use, emperors were more general, while emperors were more connoted to Hindu emperors. The territory of the King is called the Kingdom which can be aligned with "imperial" or "kemaharajaan" in Indonesian.

The female form of this title is the Queen and can be divided into two types, namely the Queen who is a woman who rules the empire in her own name or the Empress who is the wife of the King. In Indonesian, the title that can be aligned with the Queen in general is maharani. While specifically indicating the Empress, simply use “empressor kaisar” or “permaisuri maharaja”.

The Duke (Duchess)

Duke is one of the titles of nobility whose position is under the King and Rati. This title is derived from the Latin dux or leader, the title reserved for military leaders. The conferment of the Duke's title is often very limited to the royal family or to those who are seen as having a very high and decent standing in the eyes of the royal family. The titles in Indonesia that can be matched with the Duke are Bhre (titles for the royal family leading the provinces in the Majapahit Kingdom) and Adipati.

The territory of the Duke or Duchess is called the Duchy.

Prince (Princess)

The prince is one of the titles of nobility. The female form of this title is Princess.

The title of Prince or Princess can be obtained from two things. The first was born with Gloretha's ancestry and the second as a tribute to something a person had done. And certainly only the King or Queen has the right to give the award.

The position of the Prince and the Princess is below that of the Duke.

The Marquess (Marchioness)

A marquess is a peerage that is under the duke and above the Earl or Count. Women who are at this level, both in their own name and as the wife of the Marquess, bear the title Marchioness.

Countess (Countess)

Count is a title of nobility. Women who are at this level hold the title of Countess.

Earldom

The Earl was a title of nobility and his position was equated with that of the Count. This title means chief who rules a territory in the name of the King. There is no female form of the word Earl, so the title Countess becomes his female counterpart, which refers to the woman who is ranked in this rank in her own name, or the wife of the earl.

Initially Earl served as the royal governor. Unlike the Duke, the Earl did not rule in his own name. The earls had authority over their territory and the right to court the provincial court as ambassadors of the King. They can also attract fines and taxes.

Viscount (Viscountess)

Viscount was a peerage title that had some sort of status, but had historically been at the lower middle rank. In many countries, the Viscount was not originally a hereditary title until some time later and held positions of ordinance and justice. The female form of this title is Viscountess.

Baron (Baroness)

A baron is an honorary title that can often be inherited. The female form of this title is the Baroness. The baron was at the lowest level and under the Viscount.

Baroneti (Baronetess

Baronet is a hereditary honorary title. Baronets were not seen as a noble class, nor as a low nobleman. The female form is Baronetess.

Knight (Knight)

A knight is an honorary title conferred by a monarch or other political leader on those who have contributed to a monarchy or state, usually in the military. A term in Indonesian that is almost similar to a knight is a knight. In medieval times, knights were considered a low class of nobility.
