Litha threw Deddy's body against the wall so he was unconscious.

Deddy was amazingly shocked when he saw Litha already standing right in front of the window

still holding the heart and body of the baby.

Then Litha threw the baby's corpse towards the kuntilanak-kuntilanak earlier, and greedily, ate the baby's corpse together.
