Just a Morning Dew

hope for tomorrow

Tonight was quiet and cold. Deliver each one into the fold peacefully. After a day of struggling with the exhausting life of the world, it's time to recharge the life force for tomorrow. But for this poor girl, Elijah, it's been a very long night.

The eyes reflect the destruction of his heart and hope. He closed his eyes many times, but did not fall asleep either. He tried sincerely, thinking maybe this is the best. He will no longer quarrel and anger his sister. Let everything flow as it is. As it grew late, he closed both of his eyes.

A month has passed since his farewell. Hardly ever met or passed by the dew of the morning. But he was grateful because even though only for a moment he had given freshness until Elijah felt what it was to be happy. Let it all be a sweet memory in her life.

" Dreaming ja neng." said Septi when he arrived at the class. The reverie of Elijah.

" The best graduate of the year was given to the schoolgirls on behalf of Elijah the Jewel of Conscience." explained the principal at the end of the graduation speech of the XII graders this year.

" Thank God." said the father of sumringah. He accompanied Elijah on his graduation.

With steady and proud steps Elijah headed towards the stage to receive the award. After the event was over he greeted and kissed his teacher's hands one by one as a thank you for all the knowledge given.

" Congratulations El.." said his best friend, Septi, giving Elijah a warm embrace.

" thank you Sep.this is all because of your support..."

After the event was over they took pictures to remember memories. Then in the afternoon they went home.

Brother Arya, I have graduated with great satisfaction like you. Last year you were the best graduate but didn't come on graduation day. Because you are abroad. I was actually hoping to just see you.
