Today is the day of departure of Shania following the internship after getting the title of doctor. Keenan's wife got an area in Bandung. He carried out an internship at Puskesmas a village that was quite remote but easy access.

"Related, Honey. We leave now, let it not be bad luck until there," Keenan invited while opening the door for the wife, not forgetting his hand to protect the wife's head so as not to hit the top of the car.
Shania got into the car after being licked up with her mother-in-law. Followed by Keenan beside Shania, while Bi Iyem sat on the front bench. The car drove slowly according to the direction of Keenan.
"I don't think I can take you off in that area. You must have trouble getting what you want. While in Jakarta alone, I have to go around Jakarta to get everything you want," said Keenan, his hand rubbed his wife's stomach slowly.
"Don't bother Mama, son. Papa can't accompany you. Always healthy until we meet in four months." Keenan invites the child to talk, then kisses the wife's distended stomach.

"Later tonight we'll just stay at the hotel, okay? Tomorrow morning I have to go back to Jakarta" whispered Keenan with a meaningful look.
Actually Keenan has forbidden the wife to follow the internship because of its condition of two bodies. After the welcoming event, Shania was escorted to the official house that had been provided by the local government. At the Puskesmas, only he himself did the internship. The doctor who served there has been appointed as the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and has a family so that he only lives alone in the official house.
"It turns out we do not need to rent a hotel room, this house we can occupy now. They prepared all this for you, dear," Keenan said as soon as they entered the official house.
The official house has three bedrooms, so the driver can stay at the house as well. The house looks newly renovated, this can be known from the smell of paint that is so piercing the nose. The furniture is all new too.
When the couple was looking at the official house, came Mr. Village Chief with some residents carrying food for them. What a great welcome from the government and local people.
"Must not bother Mr. Kades like this. We've brought a housekeeper who used to help my wife at home" Keenan said.
"It's okay, Doctor. We are very happy because there is a young doctor who is willing to be placed here. Doctor Fadil will soon be moving to his hometown. So, we really hope that Dr. Shania can replace Doctor Fadil" replied Mr. Kades.
"If my wife is compared to doctor Fadil, it is certain that my wife is losing far. Doctor Fadil lunge much longer than me," said Keenan low.
"B-not meant to hurt or offend Mom and Dad. I as a native here only want a doctor who really wants to serve here, like Doctor Fadil," said Mr. Kades stammered, there was sweat that began to drip.
Mr. Kades already knew who the young man who took part in delivering the young doctor who was assigned to the Puskesmas. Keenan's name is well known in the medical world for his cold hands. Many patients who have a history of severe disease were successfully cured by Shania's husband.
