CH-10 Recommendations

Seeing the other adventurers who started to huddle, Fiozi invited Shou to go to his room.

Missel initially wants to go with him, but Fiozi's assistant stops him and forbids him from joining.

Shou also actually felt a bit worried, but he did not want to include Missel in his problem.

Arriving at the guild master's room, Shou was ordered to stick his hand again on the crystal ball and after Shou did just that, Fiozi's eyes slightly enlarged and his wide smile formed.

“The element you have is really unusual, and maybe you are the only one who has that kind of magic element. It can be called a blessing or a curse, because no one in this world can teach you to use the element of lightning. However, if you really master it then you will definitely be called a genius.”

Shou sighed, he was also as thought.

“I haven't known more about magic, haven't even used that kind of power once. The initial intention was that I wanted to attend a magic academy, but I was hesitant because I had to trouble Missel.”.

“Hmm, to attend a magic academy does require a fee that is not small. However, if you can log in with the recommendation path, you may be able to log in for free.” Guild leader Fiozi wrote something on a piece of paper.

Shou seemed so happy, but he realized that it would not be as easy as he thought.

“What should I do to get that recommendation?” ask Shou.

Chairman Fiozi smiled, “It turns out you quickly understood too. Look at this!” he said while showing a piece of paper he had just written.

In the paper it says that Shou must sign a contract in order for him to become an adventurer after graduating from the magic academy. If he does not keep the contract, Shou will be hunted by the adventurer guild and hanged.

“Then what about the entrance exam? I still can't control my magic at all.” he said.

“For that matter, I will discuss with one of the teachers in the magic academy tonight. Tomorrow morning you come here again, to determine whether you can enter or not.”

Finishing the conversation, Shou returned downstairs to meet Missel and the others. They seemed to be partying and eating big with a big piece of chicken.

“Add more wine!” shouted Richard.

Shou becomes hesitant to bother them, fortunately Missel glances at Shou and invites him to sit down together.

“How was it? Didn't the guild master do something that fucked with you?” ask Missel.

Shou shook his head, “He just wanted to recommend me to the magic academy on condition that after graduation I should become an adventurer. Tonight he will discuss it with the teacher at the magic academy and tomorrow it should be here again.”

“Wah, good if it is like that. But are you sure you want to be an adventurer?” ask Missel to make sure.

“Before meeting all of you, I had no idea at all about the magic academy. My choice to learn magic is just to be an adventurer, so this is not a bad offer.” explains Shou.

“Alright, now you eat a lot so that tomorrow has more energy to convince the teacher of the magic academy.” Missel.

Shou himself could not refuse the offer, he currently did not hold a piece of money at all to buy food.
