At the introductory event, a handsome doctor approached Adelia. 

A doctor from Singapore International Hospital. So he's the host doctor, his name is Hamzah he's Indian.

Indians only work in Singapore hospitals. Adelia is happy to meet Hamza who happens to be both obstetricians. Hamza is also the same as he just graduated as an obstetrician but if he is two years older.

The first day is still global talk so all the doctors are mixed.

The second day all separated according to his skill. The owner of the hospital will speak in the hotel's meeting room.

Pediatrician to a special child. Doctors to hospitals specifically mothers and children and dentists as well. 

Today Adelia is starting to become one with Hamza's fellow obstetrician.

"We're pretty tired today, too" Hamza said.

"No matter how tired but yes it is quite tired" Adelia replied.

"You're in a convoluted manner" Hamza commented on Adelia's reply.

"You're tired and not too tired. Am I wrong?" Adelia won't be protested by Hamza.

"I understand some Indonesian words," Hamza said stammeringly in Indonesian.

"Really's?  Who teaches you?"

"There was a schoolmate from Malaysia who taught me Malay" Hamza said, again speaking English.

"Indeed Indonesian one group with Malay language. But there's a lot of difference. So that there can be misunderstandings," Adelia explained to Hamza that although a group of striking differences occurred.

"Can I have your phone number?" Hamza tries to get more familiar with Adelia. 

"Thank you" Hamza said in English.

"You're welcome" Adelia replied. 

"How long have you been in Singapore?" ask Adelia.

"Since Junior High I've been here." Hamza explained that he had been in Singapore for quite some time.

"I think you're from India straight out of college."

"Not since Junior High had been here happened to be my parents working at the embassy so I was here then my parents returned to India after I had finished college."

"I decided not to go back to India."

"Rever back to India?"

"Every year we go home, especially during Eid, to gather with the whole extended family" Hamza explained.

"You're muslim?" ask Adelia.

"Does Hamza's name not indicate my religious identity.

"Now many names are confused about what religion," said Adelia. Hamza just smiled.

"If one day I go to Indonesia will you accompany me?  Meet me?" ask Hamza.

"Indonesia is vast and usually people only know Bali. Where are you going? Same thing if I say I want to go to India. Where do you go because there are many big cities in India. There are also many small towns."

"And the language of India is different as Indonesia. Indonesia is vast and consists of many islands our language is also different. We use the union language, which is Indonesian," Adelia explained a little about Indonesia.

"I'm going to your town. Where do you live?"

"I live in the capital city of Jakarta" Adelia replied.

"Okay I'll play there."

"If you go to Jakarta just tell me I will accompany you, if I have a holiday," replied Adelia wisely.

"Can you take a leave of absence while I am there so you can accompany me."

"We look at time because my work is very busy."
