My name is Muhammad Yusuf Khoirul Hakim, 28 years old, I have a young businessman who owns Pancer Tani Salim Agro Sentosa. I joined Pancer Tani Program in December 2021. At first I only worked with parents starting a horticultural nursery with limited field experience we ventured to start the business.
In mid-2021 my parents passed away and it made me waver and force myself to stand alone with the same experience and skills I had back then. Workers who initially only 3 people and odd jobs after joining Pancer Tani workers become trained, trained, and, Along with the quality of our products that are getting better, the market demand is increasing which resulted in increased production and until now our workers have increased to 10 people. And our Greenhouse capacity which was originally only 50,000 seedlings/month, after I joined Pancer Tani say could add two more Greenhouses so that the total production capacity of 150,000 seedlings/month.
Pancer Tani also gave me the opportunity to use the e Farmer Hub app. A very useful application for me to record and calculate the entire transaction on my seed business so that I am easier in calculating the entry and exit of money, and know the buyer's name and customers easily and the stock of the product's opname at all times.
