Today, I bought a pretty little book, specifically for someone, about someone. I want to write here, something I can't understand, that no matter how many times I think about it, I don't find an answer at all.
That day, early September, or it's late August, my brother got married. I'm so happy for her, too, because she's married to the best friend I've ever known. It was just Aqad, which even only a few people attended. The wedding was sudden, before Brother left for England. There is a reason there, a reason why marriage is so important to be carried out, as soon as possible. But I don't know what it is, all I know is, I cried that day with gratitude, wishing them all the best.
Early September, whether it was the 8th or the 9th, Brother asked him to go with Brother, take care of a troubled project, their cooperation project. I held my smile when I heard about it. Maybe it was so important that they had to 'get down' on their own, but I know, deep down inside Brother, he did this in order to be next to the girl, keep seeing. Yes, because I know, Brother loved her very much, long before he married her.
A few days later, on the 13th, they came. And that's where the problem starts. The girl went back to her house, and Sister came back to our house. I was busy asking her, teasing her, but Big Brother just ignored me. There was something strange about him. I don't know what it is, but it's different. Like something happened to them at the time. That day I didn't care about it, just a small oddity.
The next day, the 14th, there was a meeting of our team. Of course, the girl also came, she was the team leader. I saw on her pretty face there was a beam of fatigue, there was a hint of pale engraved there. Maybe as long as they were gone yesterday, he never took a break, as is his custom. In my heart I nagged Brother, how could he let their schedule be too congested, until the strong girl - who was almost never sick of this - looked pale and exhausted?!
I greeted him, asking if he was okay. Asked if my brother would let him not rest. Ask what exactly when they are together, they enjoy the tight schedule, support each other to "Rest it later".
He laughed at my nagging, shaking his head. He said he wasn't feeling well, but it would be fine.
At the end of that meeting, it was decided that we would start the project together again. Repeating our time together two years ago. We smiled happily, returned one project with her, after one year it was only six, because the girl went to Palestine. At that moment, I knew something was wrong with her gaze, something was wrong with her smile. It's a little different than before. But I tried to forget that, given that he was different, very special.
Big brother rushed off, and since I heard his conversation, I forced him to tag along with him. In the car, I saw my brother, staring at him who was driving. He was very anxious, biting his lips, continuing to sigh anxiously. What does he feel now?
The girl was almost never sick, making us so surprised to hear the news of her illness, especially to be rushed to the Hospital. I heard his brother found him unconscious, and immediately took him to the Hospital. The girl did not faint for long, forcing her home as soon as she regained consciousness. But his brother didn't grant.
My sister ran fast as soon as we entered the Hospital. Down the corridor until he arrived in front of the girl's nursery. There's his brother and the doctor there. My brother shakes them. The doctor explained that from the lab results, my best friend was fine. Nothing serious, maybe just fatigue, lack of sleep, or depression. We breathed a sigh of relief.
His brother said goodbye, leave the girl to my brother. He nodded small. His face did not look at all relieved, he was still so anxious. Does he really love my best friend that much?
We opened the door of her nursery slowly, walking to the side of the bed. The girl lay weakly, slowly opening her eyes, a little surprised to see us. He smiled faintly, his face pale. I clasped his hand, cold. My eyes glazed over, nagging about how much he ignored our advice to rest. He smiled in the shade, calming me that he was okay. A second later, he turned his head to look at Brother who stood staring, muttering about "i'm really fine". My sister looked at him blankly, softly asked me out, she wanted to say something to my best friend.
...At that moment, in the front seat of her nursery, I sat pensively. I realized, it wasn't about their love story until Big Brother asked me out. It's about something else. About something that you asked and expected from the girl but she did not grant it. Something like that, but what? What exactly happened to their departure that day, until they - both Big Brother and the girl - looked strange, felt different? I closed my eyes, what was the matter with their behavior?...
...[.*Ka**sister.it was the first thing that no matter how many times I thought about it, I didn't get an answer. Which no matter how many times I think about it, I don't understand why*]...
