Forgiving others is one way to learn to be wiser. A wise attitude is certainly very useful, because it will be influential in how to make decisions, choose life, and many other things.

It means: "And the recompense of evil is a just evil, but whoever forgives and does good (to those who do evil), his reward is from Allah. Really, he doesn't like wrongdoers." (QS Assy Shura verse 40)

From Abu Hurairah RA, that the Prophet ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ said, "It is not the alms that diminish the treasure, and Allah does not add to a servant by his forgiveness (to his brother, (to his brother,) except glory (in the world and the Hereafter), and no one humbles himself because of God unless He will exalt (degrees) him (in the world and the hereafter)." (Moslem HR)

And so it is said in the word of God:

Wa laman skabara wa gafara inna elika lamin 'azmil-umkor

It means: But those who are patient and forgiving, indeed (deeds) are among the things that take precedence. (QS. Assyria verse 43).

"Therefore, Papah is very sure, if after this, you will achieve happiness," continued the Word. And immediately greeted with the word Aamiin, by Qanita, Fazril, and Maryati.
