Seven Years Later

The young woman stared at a building in front of her. He smiled with hope. The security guard greeted him and let him sit down to wait. A few days ago he got this office address. Mr. Usman said he could try to offer his manuscript to a new publisher. His hopes soon grew. Almost a month later he moved to several publishers to offer the script of his novel. So far, no one has published a novel. Until he met Mr. Usman, and he got a name as well as his address. Mr. Usman is an editor at a women's magazine. He and Mr. Usman have been working together for a long time.  His short stories are widely published in the magazine where Mr. Usman works. In recent years he and Mr. Usman have always exchanged emails related to the script. Mr. Usman helped him improve writing, giving ideas to the expected short story info. His short stories have penetrated many media in Jakarta. He was very happy and then thinking to develop more, he wanted a publisher to publish his novel.

"Mom, come in."

A voice broke his daydream, He quickly stood up and rushed into a room.

"Assalamualaikum, good morning," The woman greeted with a smile.

"Waalaikumsalam, morning. Please ma'am, how can I help you?"

A young woman, who was very beautiful, let her sit down and said she was ready to listen to her arrival.

"Thank you mba, introduce me, Triana. I got this name and address from Mr. Usman who is the editor of Kartika magazine."

"Oh, yes, yes."

The woman nodded her head.

"I'd like to submit a manuscript of my novel mba."

The woman named Triana issued a map containing a synopsis of the script.

They talked for a while about the world of writing.

"Oh, it turns out Mba Mardo also likes to write yes."

Triana stared fixedly at that beautiful and gentle face.

"Yes, I love to write children's stories, their world is beautiful."

Nodding each other.

Then Mardo gave her an email and had Triana send her the entire script. He will study and consider the Triana manuscript.

They also keep each other's phone numbers, then Triana thank and leave home.

Mardo walked out the door. He once again smiled at Triana and waved his hand.

"Alhamdulillah, Lord, I met someone who is considerate and she is very beautiful and gentle, may this be a good sign."

The woman called a taxi. He was very impressed with the young woman named Mardo Paristiowati, who turned out to be the director of the publishing company.

Mardo, enter the room. He's examining Triana's manuscript. Drown reading it. Until the phone calls.

'Princess call'

"Hello, where's my meal?"

"In the most delicious place dong, pick it up."

"Ok say, wait a minute, just let's go through Loe's office."

"Ready say," Mardo disconnected the phone, put the phone in his bag.

Almost every afternoon they meet and make a pact to go together for lunch. Usually in malls scattered in the city of Jakarta. After eating, they wash their eyes. Look at exclusive and beautiful things. Too late to go back to the office.

The princess, best friends since Junior High, re-established their friendship when Mardo returned to Jakarta seven years ago. He worked in a private company, and his position as head of a division left him with plenty of time. Then Sashinata, also a friend of the same Junior High School, she works at a school cooperative. And another, Emily, also works at a joint venture. The position is also quite high so that it can manage its own time.

'Tinnn! tinny! tinny!

The sound of the horn made Mardo jump, his smile widened and hurried to the street and climbed onto the back bench. Sashinata's turn to pick up a car from her friends. Next to Sashi sat the Princess who welcomed Mardo's arrival with her tease, "Welcome ma'am director, please come in."

They all chuckled, looking at Mardo's manyun lips. "Thank you, president, you've already picked up."

"Well! what time does the president pick up anyway?" "

"This is for you Do, our new production, good tasting."

Emily gave the parcel to Mardo, presumably all already got a share. Emily every time I see her has a bakery holland box. They all became familiar with holland bakery. Because the Emely is now in their home all there is always a holland bakery box. Not only that, now their parents also every event contact Emily. Try to imagine Emily's advantage. That's thanks to the frequent sharing of Holland bakery.

"There's a new cafe, there's also food, we try yuk."

"We are following the host."

They got out of the car and entered a magnificent mall.

"It's on the seventh floor, say.'

"It's okay, it's also the seventh floor."

"Yes, he he he."

The girls got into the elevator and waited until they arrived at the destination floor.

A place to drink and eat in front of them.

Lots and lots of. The four girls were confused looking for the cafe in question.

Sashina and the princess held hands towards the right, looking at the names of the shops above. Emily and Mardo were following behind.  It was half that passed, the place that was meant by Sashinata had not yet met. Finally the girl approached a security guard.

"Oh, there's Non, just turn around.not too far away."

The girls had to turn around, and finally met. Thankfully, there was an empty table. They immediately occupied the table. A waiter brought a menu list and shared it with the four girls who were trying out a good sitting position.

"Taro is Mas." Sashinata.

Then the girls started to look and choose the menu.
