William and Regina

As friends, this was their first time having dinner together. They had met several times when in the campus cafeteria, at that time they were just joking with Edy who was also their colleague.

"After graduating, what are you going to do?" ask Regina to William.

"I originally wanted to open a production house to support Catherina's career, but it seems like I wanted to play the property business" William said honestly.

"Do you love Catherina?" ask Regina curiously.

"She's the first woman I've ever liked, I've worked so hard all this time for the day I'm going to prove myself. But after today, I'm lucky to have just been saved from a bad woman who's been cheating on me all this time" William replied honestly.

William's face looked sad, but he tried to ignore it while chewing food that had just landed in his mouth.

"Dadies.. You are indeed too naive" Regina said with a sigh.

"Then what about yourself? What are your plans after Brooklyn? william asked while looking at him warmly.

"I'm not so sure about it" Regina replied as she finished her dinner.

Then Regina walked towards the veranda, before she opened the refrigerator and picked up two bottles of drinks. Leisurely, he sat his butt on a wooden chair that looked very antique. There are carvings of unique sculptural art, making this chair worth not simple.

Seeing Regina's attitude, William was a little astonished. Without waiting for long, he followed Regina to the veranda and sat down next to her.

"How's the atmosphere here, do you like it?" ask Regina.

"Very good, it's a lot different from the apartment I've been living in all this time" William replied calmly.

It is true what William said just now, the place where he lived before was not as good and luxurious. Can live in that place alone he was lucky, as someone who came from the lower class he himself did not expect to be able to study in NY City.

He set out by relying on his adoptive father's savings, it also makes William feel guilty because it has troubled David as his adoptive father. With a strong determination he was finally able to survive before earning an income as an online driver.

"You haven't answered my question?" said William.

"My father forced me to go home to continue the family business, while I wanted to live my hobby to sing" Regina said, drinking a glass of whisky that she had poured from a bottle.

"Isn't it fun to continue the family business?" william asked, looking up at his head.

Tonight was very beautiful, the stars in the sky were scattered and glowing beautifully. William looked at the star with hope.

"It's not wrong what you just said, but I also have my own expectations as an ordinary human being" Regina said.

William looked at Regina's face, which looked red due to the effects of alcoholic beverages, and then said.

"Are you used to drinking alcohol?" ask William to Regina.

"I just bought it this afternoon, actually I want to go through the night with you" Regina said.

"What do you mean?" asked William with a puzzled expression.

"I've admired you for a few years, but only this time can I get a chance to talk more closely. But you don't get me wrong, I admire you for the unyielding nature of pursuing ideals" Regina said honestly.

"Everyone who is in my position must definitely work hard" William replied humbly.

"I want to control business in this country" William said solemnly.

Hearing William's words Regina suddenly spouted a drink from inside her mouth.

"Is there something wrong with my words?" ask William.

"No, I'm just shocked by your greatest ideals" Regina replied.

"Aren't you going to try it?" ask Regina while pouring William a glass of drink.

William's chaotic mood having just been let down by Catherina, made him not turn down the offer of the woman beside him.

"The sky tonight is beautiful" William said as he sipped his drink slowly.

Without him noticing, his face seemed to be thinking about his stupidity towards Catherina. All his hard work over the past four years must be reaped in the form of betrayal from the woman he loves.

"One day I want to be accompanied by someone counting the stars" said Regina, who began to lose consciousness.

"Why don't we try to start now" William joked.

"If you're willing then you have to promise" Regina said with a serious look.

Being looked at like that, of course made William bow down in shame. Nevertheless, William is still watching Regina, the two now look at each other awkwardly. Two serious eyes glanced at each other, William unconsciously moved his face and kissed Regina warmly.

"You're so beautiful tonight" said William, who has now been influenced by the drink he just drank.

Regina didn't protest William's attitude just now. In fact, he began to get carried away by the atmosphere of the night with William.

"Have you ever done this to Catherina?" ask Regina curiously.

William only shook his head softly when he heard Regina's words.

"My first kiss should be" William said honestly.

"Does that mean you like me?" ask Regina curiously.

"Let's know, I just feel comfortable being with you. My instincts tell me you like me too" William said, sipping his drink back.

"You're overconfident" Regina said as she stood up and tried to walk into the room.

But just as he started walking, his steps staggered and he almost fell. Fortunately William hastily snatched Regina's body, in an instant Regina was in William's arms.

Being in this position, Regina's heart suddenly beat faster. Actually he had a love for William, only he was too hesitant to admit it.

"Be careful not to do this again" William warned Regina warmly.

"Please take me to the room" Regina said in a pleading tone.

"Of course" William replied as he carried her to the room.

There was a warmth felt by the two despite being reluctant to reveal.
