Syila picked up her phone on the bedside nightstand.

"Tumben Ibu called" muttered Syila when she saw the name of Ms. Hani on her phone screen.

"Good Asyila ma'am, how's Mom doing? I'm sorry Syila hasn't visited my mother in a long time"

Syila turned off her phone and saved it back on the nightstand.

Kiren and Ferdi had already finished lunch at a restaurant not far from Kiren's workplace. Ferdi still felt guilty for his lover. Seeing Kiren cry earlier, made his heart ache.

"Honey I'm sorry" Ferdi held Kiren's hand on the table.

"Yes, I forgive you. But can you please don't see me at the office again? I don't want anyone to know about our relationship" Kiren said staring at her lover's face

"But how could I not meet you dear. I must be going crazy, some days not meeting you alone has driven me crazy" Ferdi said

"Haha. Don't let it, you can video call" Kiren is back with his cheerful face.

"Okay, I can still see you at home, right?" ferdi said smiling

Kiren just remembered that his mother already knew about Ferdi and Fira's engagement.

"Honey, I've seen the news of your engagement to my half-sister" said Kiren lowered his head

Ferdi gasped in shock at Kiren's "Keep what about dear Mother?"

"I've tried to explain. But I also can't tell Mom that the woman you're going to marry is my half-sister. I don't want to make Mom sad" Kiren let out a heavy sigh

"Dear you believe me, I'll solve this problem soon. Know it? It turns out that your mother and stepbrother have transferred all of your father's assets on their behalf" Ferdi explained

Kiren was surprised to hear Ferdi's words. He did not expect that his father's young wife and half-sister could do that.

"Keep what are you going to do?" ask Kiren

"Let me rest assured that I have evidence of the crimes of your mother and stepbrother. Later on the day of my engagement I will unravel all their lies" said Ferdi with a sly smile

"But what about my father? He must have been devastated to know everything" Kiren said

"But if your father doesn't tell you right away. Then he will lose everything. Do you have the heart to see your father lose what He has pioneered all this time" Ferdi said trying to convince his lover

"Alright, I leave everything to you" said Kiren

Ferdi took Kiren's hand out of the restaurant. They are already in the car. Ferdi continued to hold onto Kiren's hand and occasionally kissed him.

"Please, just focus on driving" said Kiren

"It's also the focus of love" Ferdi replied casually

Once it's close at Will.Group's company. Kiren told Ferdi to stop some distance from the front of the company. He didn't want anyone to see him get off Ferdi's car.

"Why stop here, Yank?" ask Ferdi

"Darling, if I go down in front of there. Can anyone see that I got out of your car" Kiren said

"Yes, you're hearted. Don't be alone with another man. Keep your distance even if they know that your status is now single. Argh"

Ferdi rubbed his rough face imagining that his lover would be approached by many men today.

Kiren stopped the movement of his hand as he was about to open the car door. He looked towards Ferdi.

"What else? I'm late" Kiren said
