Haidar then led Dira towards the examination room.
"well, it looks like your wife is about to give birth" said a midwife who examined her
"but the age of the womb is only seven months" said Haidar
"yes, it looks like the baby is premature and has to have a cesarean section" the midwife replied
"well do your best for him" said Haidar
"don't go master I'm afraid,!!" said Dira who was frightened when he heard the word caesarean section
"you have nothing to fear, I will call Yash to accompany you" replied Haidar
He then went out to contact Ashraf to inform him that Dira would soon be operated on by Caesar.
A few minutes later Ashraf arrived at the clinic and immediately entered the ambulance that took Dira to the hospital.
Fira who saw Ashraf entered to see Dira soon after the ambulance.

After the surgery was completed, Dira was taken to the treatment room.
"where's my baby?" ask Dira
"he's still in the treatment room, he'll be brought here" Ashraf replied
"you have to bring her here, baby, my feelings are not good, I'm afraid Fira will harm her" Dira said
"please calm down, Haidar is keeping him there" Ashraf replied

"now that you rest, I will look after you here" said Ashraf while kissing Dira's forehead
Ashraf went out to buy food.

Ashraf immediately returned to his work room to take care of the administration of Dira's care, while Haidar immediately met Dira in his room.

Not long after a nurse came and delivered baby Dira to meet him.
