Then excuse me first" said the doctor who handled Kiandra and immediately left the Kiandra treatment room.

"Mom my", call the Emperor who stopped crying to see the conscious mommy. "Mommy wishful sleeping agi. Temani kai play".
"Emperor, mommy's son. Mommy will always accompany the Emperor" said Kiandra, who kissed his son's hand.
The new Kiandra realized that something was moving that was currently on top of her body. Kiandra realized that there were two little babies now on her body. "Hubby is this our child?", said Kiandra slowly because the body is still very weak.
"Yes baby. It's our baby twins". Arfan gives baby twins on his baby sitter. Arfan immediately helped correct Kiandra's position to sit down and put baby Keysa into his wife's lap. She was holding baby Kezra. While the Emperor was still sitting beside Kiandra who was guarded by Opa Arif from behind.
"You go out" said Arfan, who ordered the baby sitters to leave them there. Immediately the three baby sitters left the room.
Kiandra immediately kissed the cheeks of baby Keysa and took turns peeping baby Kezra who was in the sling Arfan. Kiandra also kissed the Emperor's cheek.
