late in the evening, Suryo had already returned to his residence, he went straight to the room, opened the secret room and only he himself knew the room.
inside the room, he pensively remembered the figure of his beloved wife who was willing to replace his life only for Tiara, the child they dreamed of.
but after Tiara was born, Suryo hated Tiara because in his mind was Tiara's only unlucky child for himself and his wife.
'shouldn't we need to have offspring, surely now we will be happy together passing every minute of time' said Suryo while removing his puddle of tears.
he took a picture frame that embossed himself with his wife while they were doing gender reveal, there was a picture of their perfect smile, a smile of happiness.

suryo immediately raised the incoming call from his wife, his smile brightly seeing the incoming call
'gold, please my stomach hurts so much' cried Arabella after her call was connected.
'honey why you? what was? ' suryo asked worriedly mixed in panic
'My stomach hurts, hurry home' Arabella groaned while holding the bottom of her stomach, she immediately turned off her phone.
Suryo immediately came out of his study and ran to the parking lot, he panicked to hear the agonizing voice of his wife, who was, until he reached home he found his wife had fainted on the floor with blood coming out of both his groins.
suryo who was in shock, immediately ran towards his car while holding his wife.
'hold a little longer dear, we will arrive' said Suryo while holding his wife's hand while the other hand he used to drive his car.
soon Suryo has arrived at the hospital, seeing that there is an emergency patient immediately the team of doctors handle him and bring him to the action room.
'please congratulate my wife and child doc' said Suryo desperately
the doctor nodded his head in response.
the doctor came out to discuss with Suryo, saw the doctor out quick suryo stand 'how did my wife and son doc?' ask suryo, hoping for anxiety
'the conditions are very concerning, we have to take action and can only save one of their lives' the doctor told Suryo
hearing the doctor's explanation, Suryo rushes to the floor and cries out, he is confused, he loves Arabella very much but also wants the child.
in the midst of confusion one of the nurses came and told her that Arabella was conscious and wanted to meet her husband.
'Dok, the patient is conscious and wants to meet her husband' said the nurse.
hearing that explanation, Suryo rushed into the action room, he was not strong to see his soulmate lying helplessly in the hospital ward.
seeing her husband coming, Arabella raised her hand and smiled at him
suryo immediately clasped his wife's hand and kissed her.
'then the nurse said that you should choose one of us, is that true?'arabella asked with a trembling voice holding back the cries.
suryo could not hold back his tears anymore, he cried in front of his wife.
'you take good care of our son, I give my life to him, so that he will be the antidote to your longing for me' Arabella told her husband
'no no, you must endure, you will be safe and sound' said Suryo as he wept kissing his wife's forehead
'listen to me just this once, I am happy to be able to give you offspring, you have to properly care for and educate her in order for her to become a beautiful girl like me' Arabella said in tears.
after saying that Arabella lost her consciousness, the team of doctors immediately took action and did as Arabella said.
