Zivanna waited for Bianca to get out of her class. Zivanna smiled and waved when she saw Bianca coming out of the classroom.

Zivanna held Bianca's hand and they got into the car.

"Suster Zi, Papa's birthday. What if we came to Papa's office and gave Papa a surprise."

Zivanna smiled at the handsome CEO she loves today.

"But I don't have much money to buy Papa a birthday cake, we'll just ask Omah."

Zivanna who still gets pocket money from her Papa she chooses to use her money only.

"Don't love to use the money Sister, yes Iaaaang, now we find the ATM first yaa."

Zivanna told the private driver to look for an ATM because Zivanna was more fond of cash .

The car finally stops and Bianca wants to join Zivanna.

The two of them went in and started taking money, Bianca saw Sister Diana who took a lot of money once she was very surprised to see her.

"Suster Zivanna, that's a lot of money."

Zivanna put the money in her bag.

"This is your savings during work at the Hospital Sister collect meang."

Because Bianca did not want to ask a lot of questions, Zivanna immediately invited Bianca out and into the car.

"Before we order a birthday cake for Papa Sam, we'll eat first baby."

Bianca nodded her head she felt that Sister Zivanna had a lot of money.

They both ate at a very nice restaurant.

Bianca nodded her head and Zivanna noticed the people around her more coming along with her respective partner while she was with the little child.

Zivanna doesn't care about her she focuses on her plan to give Samuel a surprise.

After they finished eating, Zivanna and Bianca went to the birthday cake shop. Zivanna chose the most expensive cake and she asked what she wanted to say immediately.

"Happy Birthday CEO Handsome, I love you."

But it could not have happened because Bianca immediately shouted.

"Happy Birthday Papa of Bianca and Sister Zi."

Zivanna immediately opened her eyes to Bianca and she mentioned her name in the inscription of the cake.

"It's okay, Sister Zivanna, because it was Sister Zivanna who bought me this birthday cake."

Zivanna actually felt very happy when there was his name on the birthday cake that would be read by Samuel.

After finishing ordering the cake, the two felt on their way to Mahendra's company office.

On the way to the office, Zivanna was very nervous because she was going to give Samuel a happy birthday for the first time.
