CHAPTER 4
*Flashback On
Today is the day awaited by Abdul because on this day he will Graduation, his struggle for 4 years has finally ended. Abdul who was from the morning ready to go to the Graduation event was impatient to hold a degree as a bachelor of Economics. Abdul has arrived at the building where the show will be held, he searched for the whereabouts of his parents but he never found the whereabouts of his parents. "Where is mother's father?" abdul asked in his heart, he began to worry whether his parents would not attend his graduation, "but why is there no news or anything else on the road Well my feelings don't feel good my mind is so fucked up right now". But soon on the edge of that anxiety.
The show had started but the form of both parents did not arrive. Abdul was sad and his eyes were already teary, when his name was called as Student who graduated with the title of Cumlaude he felt his award was useless even though everyone in the room applauded for his achievement but the person expected his no one came to witness his success as a child.
Drett..drrtttt..drett. He saw the name listed "Dad" he muttered with a slight smile and immediately raised, "Assalamu'alaikum well, where have you been?" asked Abdul in a slightly quiet voice because he did not want to be the center of attention of the people in the building. "Walaikumsalam, excuse this with brother Abdul?" the voice of an unknown man. "Yes with me, who is this? why hape my father can on you?" Abdul asked because he was surprised that his father did not call him. "I am a member of the police, I would like to inform you that your father was in a traffic accident and is now on his way to the Pekanbaru Syafira hospital...Abdul's heart felt as tight as being struck by lightning in broad daylight, his vision blurred and his legs were not strong enough to support his body. "Abdul why are you? who's calling?" reihan asked for fear that suddenly his friend was limp and crying made the people around Abdul see and wonder what made the handsome man cry without a sound. "Han, please take me to the hospital!" pinta Abdul with a trembling voice held back his cries. "Who's sick, Dul?" reihan asked "Father with my Mother Han, please!!" Abdul pleads with tears that are already inexhaustible hiks.. "Well, Dul, I gave my parents permission" after Reihan said he immediately carried Abdul's body to the parking lot to take his car. The atmosphere was silent, the activities in the building had stopped because of Abdul's cry that made people inside there accidentally dripped his tears.
A few minutes later Abdul had reached the hospital, he immediately ran away from Reihan who was parking his car. Suddenly he saw 2 people covered in blood being pushed by the nurses who were none other than Father and Mother he screamed "Dad, Mother" yelled Abdul while holding the body that had fallen weak "Abdul" Ahmad's voice called his son's name. "Yeah" Abdul replied as he ran to follow the nurse who was pushing his father. "I'm sorry you're the same Mommy would not be able to see you Graduation, but I'm proud to have a child like you" Ahmad said while enduring the pain.
