Nina's eyes were immediately shocked when she saw Diana lying on the floor in an unconscious condition.

"Diana.." Call Nina with teary eyes.

Ambulance officials took Diana into an ambulance and rushed her to the hospital.

Nina was crying while waiting for Diana who was being operated on by a doctor.

Not long ago came Reyhan who was just told by Nina with Diana's condition.

"That's why I don't like it when Diana stays at that villa.. I'm sorry Diana, I'm not next to you.." Reyhan muttered that he felt guilty when he heard what happened to Diana.

Nina could only sit down, she unceasingly continued to cry. Nina could not stop crying, she was still thinking about Diana and the two babies in her womb.

After a long wait, the doctor came out of the operating room.

Nina and Reyhan approached the doctor.

"Did what my friend's condition is?" Ask Nina.

The doctor seemed silent with a sad face.

"Both of her babies survived, but for her mother.." The doctor said while hanging his words.

"What's wrong with Diana?" Ask Reyhan.

"His condition is now critical, he is bleeding and the patient is still in a coma. But we'll do our best to save the patient's life." Said the Doctor.

Hearing the explanation from the doctor, Nina immediately limp. His eyes looked forward, slowly Nina's tears began to wet her cheeks.

"Sir Reyhan, Diana...." Nina's Speech.

Reyhan helped Nina to stand up. "We pray that Diana's condition will improve, we can only pray that Diana will survive..." Reyhan replied with teary eyes.

"It's all my fault, if I had just come to visit Villa Diana. Maybe now he won't experience this." Said Nina who felt guilty for not being a good friend to Diana.

Then Reyhan led Nina to sit on the bench, Nina seemed to continue crying she was eager to see Diana's condition. But for now the doctor forbids Nina and also Reyhan to see Diana's condition.

Then Nina and Reyhan go to Diana's special nursery.

It appears that the twins were fast asleep in the incubator because the two Diana babies were born not on time.
