The sunlight was completely bright through Ella's bedroom window. The sound of birdsong doesn't bother Ella because she's off school today. And yes, Ella took advantage of this time to rest.

"Thank you, but is that okay?" asked Ella who was a little hesitant about what Alex had said to her. Yes, it could be that one of them will be hurt if the engagement that is expected by the two families is slightly delayed.

Alex let out his smirk, for a moment Alex wanted to say that he was tormented. But talking about this with Ella, surely Ella with a small mind will do strange things that make Alex's plan imperfect.
