That afternoon, Humaira had just finished surgery. He went to the cafeteria for lunch. While eating Humaira recalled the video that Judge's mother sent last night. He knew the judge would be disappointed with his decision. But either way, Humaira did not want to think about herself. He wanted the Judge to be able to get together with his parents so that the life of the Judge would become more complete. After the meeting, Sean went to the hospital to meet Humaira. Once there, Sean meets Aiyse.
"Good day, Sean. What do you need to come here?" ask Aiyse.
"Mmm. I want to see Humaira's doctor." replied Sean.
Aiyse tells a nurse to escort Sean to Humaira's room. When he arrived, Sean saw no one.
"You can wait for him here, sir. Doctor Humaira is probably having lunch in the cafeteria." uacp nurse.
A few minutes later, Humaira finally arrived at the room. He was shocked to see Sean in his room.
"You here, sir? Did grandma's disease recur?" ask Humaira.
"No," Sean replied briefly.
"Then, what did you come here for?" ask Humaira.
"Mmmm..." Sean was silent. He doesn't know what to say. It was impossible if he was straightforward if his goal came just to be able to see it work.
"Why are you quiet?" ask Humaira.
"The grandmother asked me to come. He wants to know if you've eaten or not. You were gone this morning without eating first." replied Sean finally found the right reason.
Sean kept watching Humaira who was at work.
"Your homemade cake carrot is really good, doctor" Sean said.
Humaira was confused. That cake carrot she made just for Zeynep. After all, while at the dinner table Humaira did not see Sean eating the cake. Sean seemed to know what Humaira was thinking. He immediately told Humaira that his grandmother had given him the cake carrot in her lunch box.
"Oh, it's a good thing you said all that. If not, maybe my mind will keep asking where you got the cake from" Humaira said with a big smile.
In a way, Edgar was still waiting for Sean to arrive. He had important information about the bomb incident that had made him enter the hospital. He tried to call his phone, and finally hooked up.
"Hello Sean! Where're you?" said Edgar.
"What's wrong? Why does your voice sound a little different?" ask Sean.
Edgar tells Sean to go to the office. He couldn't talk about it over the phone. After hanging up his phone, Sean tells Humaira that he has to go back to the office because there is a very important affair. Sean finally left in front of Humaira.
That afternoon, Nasreen went to see Saffiya on set. There he saw his daughter-in-law doing some scenes. When he finished, Nasreen saw a man sitting with Saffiya. He asked the crew there. Nasreen was a little relieved to know that the man was the main actor who would be paired with Saffiya in the film. Not long after a crew approached Saffiya. He looked very happy when he found out Nasreen had come to see him.
"You here, mother?" ask Saffiya.
"Yes, kid. I came to see my great daughter-in-law acting." replied Nasreen.
Saffiya asked the director for permission to go outside for a while. He and Nasreen are going for lunch. At a restaurant not far from the set, Saffiya saw her mother who was also there. She came with the other socialite mothers. Saffiya immediately took Nasreen to another place.
"What's up, son? Didn't you take me to this place?" asked Nasreen a little surprised.
"I'm going to take my mom to a better place. Incidentally, I have a break time of one to two hours."
Not long before they arrived at a restaurant that was no less luxurious than the previous restaurant.
"This place is so beautiful, son. Is this your favorite place with your mom?" ask Nasreen.
Hearing Nasreen's question, Saffiya looked silent. She tells Nasreen that her mother never had time for her. He always goes with his social group. Never mind asking her to eat together, sometimes her mother forgot to ask her daughter. Saffiya looked very sad. His eyes began to glaze over. She was very lucky to have a very good mother-in-law as well as the attention of Nasreen. What he didn't get from his mother, he could get from Nasreen.
"I've looked at you like my own mother, I promise to be a daughter and daughter-in-law that you can be proud of" Saffiya said.
"I trust you completely, son." said Nasreen while wiping away the tears that had dripped on Saffiya's face.

Arriving at the office, Sean went straight to see Edgar.
"What do you want to talk about?" ask Sean.
"Then, who did it?"
Edgar tells Sean that the bomb is a bomb made from Morocco. Someone had managed to enter and found out about the hiding place of the weapon. Edgar doesn't know who that person is yet, but he asks Sean to always be careful because it seems like this person is very intelligent. He works without leaving any trace. Knowing that the place had been destroyed, Sean told Edgar to find a new place for his weaponry. This time he didn't want anyone to know about the place.
That night, Sean just arrived from the office. He saw the deserted state of the house. Not long after a servant came to greet him.
"Where is everyone?" ask Sean.
"Mrs Nasreen went to the set of Miss Saffiya, Ms. Zura went to watch the match, while the Emir master she went out of town on a sudden matter" the maid replied.
"Then, where's grandma?" ask Sean.
"He's in his room, sir."
Arriving there, Sean saw his grandmother sitting on the sofa with her eyes closed. Hearing the sound of footsteps, Zeynep immediately woke up.
"You're home, son?" Zeynep.
"Yes grandma. Did I interrupt your sleep?" ask Sean.
"Not at all" replied Zeynep.
Sean looked at his grandmother's face as if he had cried. He looked a little moody not as cheerful as usual.
"Did grandma cry?" ask Sean.
Zeynep just smiled at her grandson's question. It's been ten years that the husband left her, maybe it's time for Sean to know everything. Zeynep stood up and picked up something in his closet. When seen it turns out a medium-sized wooden box with beautiful carvings.
"What's in that box?" asked Sean curiously.
When it opens, Zeynep shows Sean a picture of her grandfather. It was the only photo that Zeynep had. When he saw the photo, it felt like Sean's tears were not held back anymore. He misses his grandfather so much. When his grandfather died, Sean was still living abroad with his mother. Sean was wondering why in this house there was not a single photo of his grandfather on display. Zeynep did not want to keep the photo in her home, but this was one of her husband's requests not to display a single photo when she died. Zeynep looked at Sean's confused face. He finally told her all his stories.

In the past, his grandfather was a notorious mafia in the world. He never thought about killing someone again. He works alone, without having an accomplice. All that he did because the accomplice he believed before had betrayed him even he almost killed his grandfather. As time went on, the grandfather found someone he thought he could trust as an accomplice, but the man rejected him. The man's wife did not allow her husband to do the dirty work until the grandfather kidnapped the man's wife in order for her husband to accept the job. The man still rejected her out loud. Grandpa has exhausted his patience. He tortured the man's wife until she died.
While telling the story, Zeynep's tears did not stop dripping.
"Son, please help me free your grandfather from this sin." Zeynep said with tears.
"Please find the husband of the wife your grandfather tortured, if necessary I will do anything to get his forgiveness."
Sean wiped away his grandmother's tears and promised to find the man.

That night, Humaira tells her father that she cannot come to the field because of her unfinished work. Knowing Humaira would not come, the Judge looked very sad. He's kind of lost his temper for the game tonight. On one side, Humaira was laying her body on the sofa. He pulled out a cell phone to call Zeynep. Not long after the phone rang.
"Hello, kid!" Zeynep.
"Hello grandma! Have you not slept?" ask Humaira.
"I can't sleep at this hour, son. I'm used to sleeping late."
"That's not good for your health, grandma. Well, then tomorrow I will not only make a meal for you, but also your rest schedule. You can't keep sleeping late like that, not good for your health. From tomorrow night I'll call you regularly to make sure you're asleep or not. All right, I'll hang up. After this, you should go to bed."
"Well, my dear, I will listen to all your words."
Sean looks very happy. Humaira was so attentive to Zeynep that she had to make a menu for him, as well as his rest schedule. Sean believes Humaira did all that to maintain the health of his grandmother so that the disease does not recur. He was truly a very considerate doctor as well as gentle. Sean helps Zeynep to keep the box in its original place. After that, Zeynep climbed on top of his bed.
"Good night, grandma!"
"Good night, baby!"
