اَللهُمَّ اِنَّا نَسْئَلُكَ سَلاَمَةً فِى الدِّيْنِ وَعَافِيَةً فِى الْجَسَدِ وَزِيَادَةً فِى الْعِلْمِ وَبَرَكَةً فِى الرِّزْقِ وَتَوْبَةً قَبْلَ الْمَوْتِ وَرَحْمَةً عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ وَمَغْفِرَةً بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ. اَللهُمَّ هَوِّنْ عَلَيْنَا فِىْ سَكَرَاتِ الْمَوْتِ وَالنَّجَاةَ مِنَ النَّارِ وَالْعَفْوَ عِنْدَ الْحِسَابِ 

"Allahumma inna nas-aluka salamatan fiddin wa afiyatan fil-jasadi wa ziyadatan fil-ilmi wa barakatan firrizqi, wa taubatan qablal-maut, wa rahmatan indal-maut, wa maghfiratan ba’-maut. Hawwin alaina fi sakaratil-maut, wannajata minannaari, wal-afwa indal-hisab."

It means: "O Allah, we ask thee for the salvation of religion, health of body, added knowledge, the blessing of sustenance, the repentance before death, the grace of death, the forgiveness of death. And lighten it up in sakaratul-maut, and save it from the torment of hell, and have us forgiven on the day of hishab (calculation)."

رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ

"Rabbana-ghfir alaina shabran wa tsabbit aqdaamana wanshurna ala-qaumil-kaafirin."

It means: “Our Lord, spill your steadfastness upon us, set our stand, and win us over the disbelievers."

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

“Rabbana aatina fiddunya hasanah wa fil-akhirati hasanah, wa qinaa adzabannaari."

Meaning: “Yes our Lord, give to us in the world of goodness and in the Hereafter of goodness. And concerning us from the torment of hell."

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ فِى الدُّنْيَاوَالْآٰ خِرَةِ. اَللّٰهُمَّ اَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَوَالْعَافِيَةَ فِىْ دِيْنِى وَدُنْيَاىَ وَاَهْلِى وَمَالِىْ

Latin Arabic: Allaahumma innii as-alukal ‘aafiyata fiddunyaa wal aakhirati. Allaahumma as-alukal ‘afwa wal ‘aafiyata fii dinii wa dunyaa wa gawiki wamaa lii.

It means: “Yes Allah, verily I ask You one way or ‘afiyat in the world and the Hereafter. O Allah, verily I ask You forgiveness and soundness wal ‘afiyat on my religion, and my world and my family, and my property.”

"Allahumma inna nas aluka salamatan fiddini wa 'aafiyatan fil jasadi waziaadatan fil'ilmi wabarakatan ferrizqi wataubatan qablal mausoleum warahmatan 'indal death wamaghfiratan ba'dal death allahumma hawwin'alainaa fii sakaraatil death wa najjata minanaari wal'afwa indal hisaab"

Meaning:

“Yes Allah, we ask You for salvation when religion, bodily health, abundance of knowledge, blessings of sustenance, repentance before death, mercy at the time of death, and forgiveness after death.
