The Taste on Sunday Night

Several months have passed since Jericho and Nara separated after college. Both have been busy with new jobs and living life in different cities. Although they are always connected by phone and message, but the separation still causes a longing that is difficult to overcome.

One night in the midst of the bustle of the metropolis, Jericho sat alone in a cafe, contemplating in the darkness of the night. He felt anxious and lonely. Sunday night full of crowds and excitement only reminds him of the sweet moments they used to pass together.

Nara, on the other hand, feels hollow in her apartment. She contemplated their beautiful photos together in the campus garden, and her heart felt heavy. The Sunday night without Jericho was so quiet and lonely.

With a longed heart, Nara made up her mind. He decided to visit Jericho in the city where he lived. He felt that this longing could no longer be ignored and that they should meet.

The following weekend, Nara landed in Jericho. Sunday night comes with sparkling city lights that reflect light on the road surface. Nara and Jericho fully miss each other, and can't wait to meet.

Jericho didn't expect to see Nara tonight. However, when he saw the silhouette of Nara walking along the way, his heart flowered back. They met in front of a cafe, where they first spent time together.

"You're here?" Jericho said in a trembling voice, still unable to believe what was in front of his eyes.

Nara smiled gently and approached. "I can't stand the longing, Jericho. I missed you too much to wait any longer."

Jericho embraced Nara tightly, feeling happy and relieved that they had finally met again. They go inside the cafe and order their favorite drinks. It all feels like going back in time, when the two of them enjoyed a warm togetherness.

"This Sunday night is more beautiful" Jericho said with a smile.

Nara agrees. "Yes, even the glitter of this city cannot match the light that is in my heart when with you."

However, as the night wore on, there was a sadness that could not be ignored. They know that Sunday night is only temporary, and tomorrow they must go back apart.

With mixed feelings, they walked out of the cafe towards the beautiful city park. Under the moonlight, the two of them stood close together, feeling the soothing touch of the night wind.

"This miss is getting harder and harder to overcome" Nara said sadly.

Jericho clasped Nara's hand tightly. "I feel it too. But we have to be strong. We'll face this challenge together."

Nara looked at Jericho's face lovingly. "I don't want to let you go, Jericho. But we have to work hard to keep this love shining."

Jericho nodded. "We'll keep supporting each other, Nara. Distance may separate us, but our love will always connect our hearts."

The two of them hugged each other in the silence of the night. The strong love between them became a source of strength to overcome the longing that enveloped their hearts.

As their hands held on, they knew that they had to return to their respective cities by tomorrow morning. Although this Sunday night may be over, they are sure that every night of the following Sunday will always be filled with unwavering love and togetherness.

With mixed feelings, they walked back to the station, heading for the trip back to their respective cities. Although they know that separation will never be easy, but they are sure that their love will always overcome all obstacles.

Their footprints may be erased by time, but their traces of love will always be etched into their hearts. Even though this Sunday night is over, they believe that there are many more Sunday nights in the future that they will live together, where their love will always shine bright.
