Intentions want to return to follow, but what Nina said made Iki must remain in Bacan. Through the screen, she watched Nina sleep. Seeing Nina lying in a hospital bed, Iki shed tears.
The next day, before leaving for school, Iki contacted her parents, asking about when the surgery was scheduled. A little relieved when she found out, Nina was going to have surgery in the near future.
"Hey, how's it going, Nina?" gio asked as Iki arrived at school and sat in the front gazebo of the third grade.
"His eyesight is getting more troubled" Iki said. She blinked her eyes repeatedly not to cry. "But the doctor said, Nina could see normally after the surgery later. It's just, the operation had to be done before his eye nerves got paler."
"When will Nina have surgery?" ask Gio again.
"Today is Wednesday morning" Iki replied.

Wednesday morning, Nina was already in the operating room. Some doctors are ready to perform surgical removal of the tumor. Outside, the family continued to pray. Especially Mama Riana and Mama Sarah who continue to raise their prayers. Almost three hours wait, finally the operation was completed even though during the action Nina needed a blood transfusion.
Nina was moved in the intensive care unit (ICU) room with complete facilities. A day in the ICU, and then Nina was treated in the Inpatient room while waiting for the results of anatomical pathology examination to get the exact diagnosis that will determine the direction of the next therapy.

Iki went straight to Aeach Kali to give money to his sister-in-law who said her salary was running out. While Mama Sarah and Papa Nawan are busy taking care of Nina until they do not hold a cell phone. Iki was the only place Sukini asked for help.
"Sister, later Mama send new money I change yes," said Sukini lowered her head in shame. She was indeed a shy person, unlike Nina.
"No need to change. You are in a crisis but do not want to contact your brother. Or you live with your brother in Warkop. You're on the second floor Brother on the first floor. The brother who sent you to school. If from here too far," said Iki.
"No need, brother. I don't want to bother Brother," refused Sukini.
Rifki made a phone call immediately. Before long, Mama Riana answered the call from him. "Hello, Ma–ada Mama Sarah is there?" ask Iki.
"Can I pass the phone to Mama Sarah? I want to talk to Mama Sarah."
"Hello, Iki. It's Mama, how about it, son?"
"Ma, I call Sukini to stay with me at the warstop. He will sleep on the second floor with Sinta. Poor Sukini, the distance between Om's house and school is far away," explained Iki.
"If there's Sinta, mama's permission. If there is no Sinta, Mama is not allowed to."
"Yes, Ma. I talked to Sinta earlier, and she wanted to sleep with Sukini" Iki said.
Fiks, Sukini so stay in the warkop with Iki, Sinta, and also Gio. Sukini is on his way to Warkop. Upon arrival at the warkop, Iki brought Sukini inside.
"Love, accompany my sister to the top of dong. After that you two go eat. This is money," Iki handed over the money with a nominal one hundred thousand to Sinta. Then Iki came out to receive a phone call from Mama Riana.

As time continued to roll, Nina who continued to undergo therapy was allowed to go home. She can't wait to meet Iki, her husband. Nina accidentally does not tell Iki if today she will go home with her parents. Because Mama Riana came home an hour ago in Surabaya. Of course the return of Mama Riana is also kept secret from Iki.
"Nina, tell Mama if you want anything" said Mama Sarah.
"Yes, Ma," Nina smiled back.
Papa Nawan put their luggage into the trunk of the car, all the items have been put in all, he went in to call his son and wife. "Come, we have to go to the airport now," asked Papa Nawan.
Walking out of the hospital, Papa Nawan clasped Nina's right hand. "Day's a day, honey."
"Yes, Papa," Nina smiled back.
"Lord, thank you for leaving me with Mama and Papa whose love is so broad. I was lucky to be born in the middle of a family that is so grateful for the presence of your care. May this pain completely disappear, that I may make them happy. Because I know, Mama and Papa's happiness is when I see me happy" Nina murmured in her heart.
