Otherside.
Arshad looked panicked when he saw Hidayah who was drooping weakly and unconscious. After seeing her husband being carried away by police officers. Because he was so worried about his sister. Arsyad took Hidayah to the hospital. But because in the area there is only a puskesmas, the facilities are still said to be minimal.
Finally Arshad took Hidayah to the city. Because of course the hospital in the city of the facility is more complete. And after a long journey they finally arrived at the hospital in the city. And Hidayah was immediately handled by the doctors who served there. While Arsyad and Ibrahim can only wait in front of the ER room. On the sidelines they waited for Ibrahim to suddenly open his voice.
"Son, are you really sure you want to sue your sister's husband, son?" Ask with a soft sounding voice. Still heard by Arshad.
"Why Kyai? Is there anything wrong with suing someone who killed our parents? He also killed my friend. Then do I have to keep quiet, and pretend it never happened. Is that what you mean Kyai?" Ask Arsyad, sounding flat. With a slightly annoyed look at his teacher. For he felt that his teacher was defending the man who had killed his parents.
Ibrahim even showed his characteristic smile, saying. "You're not wrong, son. If you want to take revenge on him, it doesn't matter. Even Allah allowed his servant to take revenge for his actions. This is according to what He said in the letter of An-Nahl verse 126.
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala said:
وَاِنْ عَاقَبْتُمْ فَعَاقِبُوْا بِمِثْلِ مَا عُوْقِبْتُمْ بِهٖۗ وَلَىِٕنْ صَبَرْتُمْ لَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لِّلصّٰبِرِيْنَ
"And if you retaliate, then respond with (reply) equal to the torment inflicted upon you. But if you are patient, it is better for the patient." (QS. An-Nahl Verse 126)
"Well, now you've explained? Allah does not forbid if you want to repay him. Kyai period which is only a servant also forbids anyway? That's why you're not wrong, son, if you want to repay your sister-in-law's actions. So please do as you please" replied Ibrahim at length. While looking at Arsyad's face with an indecipherable look.
"And you know, son. Kyai also said the same thing to your sister. And thank God he is smarter than you, son" continued Ibrahim again. Making Arsyad seem jolted when he heard his last sentence.
"Eh! What does Kyai mean, if Nisah is smarter than me?" Tanya Arsyad looked curious.
Ibrahim again smiled gently when he heard the question from Arsyad. "Yeah... Admit Arsyad, if your sister is smarter than you. He understood even more the meaning of the Word of God that Kyai had read. While you don't understand it, don't you, son?"
Arshad again gasped, and he also tried to remember the verse that had been read by his teacher. "Hm... What does Kyai mean about the last sentence of An-Nahl's letter? It says, 'But if you are patient, that is better for the patient''. Aren't we?" Ask Arsyad back.
"It's true, son. Now that your sister chose is the last sentence of the verse," replied Ibrahim affirming the question Arshad.
"Huh! It's because she's Kyai's weak woman. So there was no way he could repay the man!" Said Arsyad, sounding sniffy.
Arsyad looked stunned for a moment after hearing Kyai's words. Because he seems to know what Kyai really means. And because he was embarrassed he finally chose to reply to the Kyai question with his head alone.
"That's because of Him, so much in love with his Lord. She preferred to be patient, and forgive her for her husband's actions. For if one can forgive the faults of others then that person has given a priceless gift to himself, therefore the forgiving nature must be developed and nurtured. Even God will glorify those who forgive. And that is according to one of the Hadiths of the Prophet.
If he forgives, Allah will glorify him, and this has been reported by the Prophet. He said, ‘No one forgives unless Allah will add to his glory.’ (HR Muslim no 2588).”
In the other Hadith, God will raise his level for those who forgive. From Abu Hurairah RA, that the Prophet Muhammad ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ said, "It is not that alms do not diminish wealth, nor does Allah add to a servant by his forgiveness (to his brother, (to his brother,) except glory (in the world and the Hereafter), and no one humbles himself because of God unless He will exalt (degrees) him (in the world and the Hereafter)." (Muslim HRM)
"Well from here you'll understand, son? Why would your brother choose to forgive Richard instead of taking his revenge. She could even accept him as her husband. Is that also categorized as a weak woman, son? Haven't you? She is a great woman. Because he's able to get a mobster to his knees in front of his Rabb."
Heard the words of his teacher. Arsyad felt like he was slapped. He was even embarrassed, because he was unable to master his desire, which was willing to avenge Richard.
"Aahs... Abaghfirullah!" Said Arsyad, as he rubbed his face violently.
"Um. sorry Kyai, it turns out Ana's faith is very shallow. Aahs... I'm ashamed of Nisah, Kyai. His age and his age are very different. But it turned out that he was more mature in dealing with this situation. Unlike me who has always been brutal in the face of this destiny," he continued, there seemed to be regret from the look on his face.
"It's okay, son. Because it's not too late and you still have a chance. So do your best for you and your brother" Ibrahim replied.
"Well, Kyai, I'll drop my charges on her husband Nisah,"
"Alhamdulillah, kyai glad to hear it," replied Ibrahim again, as he hugged the body of Arshad. And at the same time.
"Good day, sorry I bother you both" said a man wearing a black suit. And next to him also appeared a man was also standing next to the man.
"Just now, who are you two?" Tanya Arsyad looked curious.
"I'm Liechen, Mr. Richard's attorney. And I came here to hand over the divorce papers to Mrs Hidayah, sir,"
