Three days Nobita was treated, that day he was allowed to go home.

The wound wasn't as bad as what his college friend said. Nobita did experience a bone fracture in his leg, but not severe and has improved. He was unconscious for nearly an hour when the accident occurred.

During his illness, Doraemon is always looking after him. It attracted the attention of the Hospital residents including the Doctors and other patients. No, there are robots that can talk and behave like humans.

So even though Nobita is far from the family, but the room is always full of visitors who sympathize and are amazed at both.
