Chapter 13~Meet clients

Aldrian and Renita went to the cafe the client mentioned earlier on the phone. The two swept their eyes around, looking for the whereabouts of the client in question.

Not far from where they stood, there was an adult man with a deathly pale face, staring softly at them. The man looked pitiful in his circumstances.

Aldrian frowned after observing the man. He whispered to Renita. "You're not misinformed, are you, Ren?!"

Renita shook her head in not understanding the current situation. "Come, Sir! I don't understand either" he said in confusion.

The adult man immediately approached Aldrian and Renita who looked confused. "Sir Aldrian Bramasta,"

"Yes,"

The man smiled as he extended his hand. "introduce. My name is Reno Kusumo. I am the owner of the original PT Antareksa," he said introducing himself.

Aldrian and Renita are getting confused. The two looked at each other before saying, "What does Father mean?"

Reno invited the two to sit down, then ordered a drink for both. He opened the conversation after his drink came. "Look, Mr. Aldrian. Earlier I would like to apologize, for having been presumptuous to meet you at this place. If I come to your office, I'm afraid there's a spy watching" he said.

Aldrian was more and more confused by this word Reno. "Alright, I don't mind you asking to meet me here! But, what I do not understand is the words of the Father who mentioned his identity as the original owner of PT Antareksa. Isn't the owner of Antareksa Mr Agus Subagja?!"

Reno shook her head. "Maybe you won't believe it, but this is the truth. The PT was actually taken over by Agus after deceiving me two years ago."

The man also recounted the chronology of events two years ago involving the thugs of Agus to tear apart the contents of his house, only to take a company certificate.

Agus initially asked to work with a company led by Reno, by expecting abundant profits from the sale of their products if the cooperation is established.

The first month went well and the profits were taken quite a lot, making Reno believe in Agus. But, the second month and beyond, sales turnover dropped dramatically. Many items are not sold due to failed production. The mistake was handed over to Agus Reno as a supplier of goods.

Feeling unaccepted, Reno volunteered to bear the loss and sell production goods with his own marketing system, to cover Agus' losses.

He had already pawned valuables to cover losses, and paid the wages of employees. But, he did not know if it was all Agus' game that trapped Reno to sell all including company shares to him.

Reno who knew it then reported Agus' crime to the authorities. However, Reno's demands were not proven and the bank confiscated his house and car.

Reno tries desperately to find relief funds to her family and friends. But no one helped him until he had to get out of his big house with his wife and two sons.

Earlier also, the thugs came to ask for the company certificate and Reno's signature as strong evidence, because he had given it to Agus.

Finally Reno came out of his house and company because Agus had mastered all the wealth he had.

"I hear you guys have a good working relationship. However, I came here just to warn you, to cancel the contract of cooperation with Agus as soon as possible" said Reno seriously.

Aldrian and Renita looked at each other, then stared intently at Reno. They can't just believe the stranger he just met. However, from the look on his face, he looked convincing.

"Is this saying of the Father trustworthy? Now there are rampant cases of fraud that I'm also not sure that you did that to me" Aldrian said.

Quite a long silence, Reno finally told the plight of events that befell him and his family without anything being covered.

Actually, Agus is the younger cousin of his wife Reno. Envy of Reno's wealth, Agus seeks a way to take over all of Reno's wealth.

A life that suffered with an economy below average, making Agus determined to become a master fraud.

By capitalizing on sweet words and promises, he managed to ensnare several victims who believed in his speech, including Reno.

Because seeing the life of Agus who advanced without knowing where his wealth came from, Reno also believed that Agus worked hard to get all the wealth he had.

Reno was also happy if his cousin was now living more advanced. He also intends to help and guide Agus to further develop the business.

However, Reno's kindness was used by Agus who had evil intentions for her. He wanted to control all of Reno's wealth.

After getting all of Reno's property, he evicted the original owner and replaced it with his own name.

Now, Agus became the owner of PT Antareksa after trapping Reno to make a massive loan as a cover for compensation. And it turns out, the action even made him lose everything.

Reno showed a picture of himself while still serving as President at the PT, and a picture of the house they used to occupy.

Aldrian and Renita took a serious look at the image before commenting again. "So, are you really the original owner of PT Antareksa?" Reno nodded. "Then, prove it to me if you're the original owner!" pinta Aldrian still can't believe it.

Reno could have lied and cheated for his own benefit. Pretending to be weak just to attract Aldrian's attention.

Hearing Aldrian's cynical words, Reno smiled again. He already knew that convincing others would be very difficult to do. "If you still don't believe it, you can investigate it first before signing the contract. Please, take my experience as an example. I don't want any more victims,"

Renita nods at Reno's proposal and advises Aldrian to follow her. That way they will not suffer losses and also avoid all forms of crime Agus, the new President of PT Antareksa.

After the meeting with Reno, Aldrian did not return to the office and decided to go to his wife's boutique. He wants to talk about this with his beloved sister, because Alena is now in her sister-in-law's boutique.

"Is it okay if you go with Brother to Aisyah's boutique?" ask Aldrian.

Renita nodded. "Yes, it's okay, sir! Besides, I haven't seen Alena in a long time. Last time we met two weeks ago, when we drove Alya home." said Renita politely.

Aldrian sighed softly, "Why is the language formal? Udah, it's normal if we are again outside the gini." protested.

"Hubdom, Sir. Uh, Brother!" Renita grimaces while grinning.

"Well, you are!"
