After waking up and recovering from a coma Sheena experienced memory loss she did not remember who she was. Al did not tell her who Sheena really was. Al informs Sheena is his fiancee Marsha and is about to marry her soon.
It's evil enough that Al won't take any chances if he tells the truth he'll lose the girl. After returning from Al hospital, she takes Marsha or Sheena to her apartment.
Al “sayang, you rest first. I will prepare lunch for us”
Marsha just nodded.
Al rushes to the kitchen to cook food for his lunch. Thirty minutes later he finished cooking and called Marsha to eat.
Al “you want to eat in the room?”
